Copy of the approval of BODs containing expenditure of proposed Convention Centre involved and earning thereof. No such item has been placed before BOD.
Intimate the expenditure incurred on renovation of the earlier known as Central Warehouse building now called new Protocol Building at Gate No. 1 and also intimate the entire year utilization along with earning, if any Copy (2 page) of detail of expenditure with respect to Electrical and Civil works  and detail (1 page) for utilization of Business Lounges near Gate No.1, along with earnings are available with Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001. 2. ITPO/PIC/07/02/2013 Shri Banarasi Ram Provide the following details with regard meeting between ITPO Management and Officials of National Commission for SCs headed by Shri M. Shivana, Hon’ble Member SCs – comprising Sr. Officers of NCSC held on 12.06.2013 as follows:

3. ITPO/PIC/07/03/2013 Mrs. Sushma Grover Balance arrear of Meal Coupons as part of Perks. -The Balance arrear of Canteen Coupons not given to me as per the revised perks w.e.f. Nov’2008 onwards. This is to inform you that no arrears of Coupons are due to you.
4. ITPO/PIC/07/04/2013 Sh. Arun Kumar This is to inform you that a written test for the post of DM(Finance) was conducted by ITPO on 19.3.2012 at 10.30 a.m. and the interview for the same was held on 28.6.2012 at 2.45 p.m.  Under the RTI Act, I would like to have following information and would like to inspect the following documents relating to recruitment of DM(Finance): 1.           Minutes of the D.S.C. 2.           A copy of the result of the written test held on               19.03.2012. This is to inform you that Shri Sunil Mathur, Executive, Admn. Division, ITPO, Pragati Maidan,  New Delhi,  has been nominated to arrange inspection of the documents by you on Monday, the 5th August, 2013  at 3.30 p.m. The inspection will be conducted in Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110 001. Please also note that for inspection of file(s), no fee is charged for the first hour and a fee of Rupee five is charged for each subsequent hour (or fraction thereof) thereafter.
5. ITPO/PIC/07/05/2013 Sh. Banarasi Ram Provide the certified copy of promotion order dated 27.6.2013 of S/Shri P.C. Sharma, GM and A.K. Srihan, SM to the post of SGM and DGM respectively and also provide the certified copy of Minutes of DPC held on 26.06.2013 alongwith copy of implementation authority. This is to inform you that photocopy (1 page) of Promotion order dated 26.06.2013 of Shri P.C. Sharma, SGM and photocopy (1 page) of Promotion order dated 26.06.2013 of Shri A.K. Srihan, DGM, along with copy of approval of appointing authority(1 page) for implementation of minutes of DPC,  are available with Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and can be obtained by depositing Rs.6/- towards photocopying charges of 3 page @ Rs.2/- per page.  Regarding copies of DPC Minutes, we may inform you that these are confidential document and contain personal information of the other candidates, such as ACR gradings, etc.  You being not an affected person and third party in this case, minutes of the DPC cannot be provided.
6. ITPO/PIC/07/06/2013 Sh. Banarasi Ram Under ref.ITPO/PIC/05/08/2013 dated 12th June 2013 the undersigned inspected Final Report dated 13.10.95 of Shri S.K. Kaul submitted to GM(Admn.), on 05.07.2013.  Please provide the certified copy of 10 pages of Sh. Kaul’s Report and officials’ noting i.e. 61-70 number pages. Certified photocopies (10 page) of above note sheets are enclosed.  The receipts No. 13001465 & 466,  dated 25.07.2013 for Rs.10/- each towards photocopying charges of 10 pages,  paid by you in advance,  are enclosed.

Sudhir Vohra I am a citizen of India, and under  rights conferred upon me by the Right to Information Act, 2005, I hereby call upon you to permit me to inspect the files as resident in your organization for the following issues: Issue: This RTI query is with reference to a news report that the ITPO has finalized plans/hired a consultant/appointed a ADVISOR cum PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT  for a/the Redevelopment of Pragati Maidan. I request you to allow me to INSPECT all the files containing the RFP/EOI/tender issued for the appointment of the ADVISOR cum PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT for a /the Redevelopment of Pragati Maidan.  This inspection is requested for both  the Correspondence and the Note Sheets of the relevant files. This is to inform you that you have already inspected two files on the same subject on 26.6.2013 and requisite photocopies identified during inspection, have also been provided to you.   However, you may inspect the relevant file/documents on any working day from 1st  to 7th August, 2013 (3rd and 4th being Sat & Sun) between 3.00 p.m. & 5.00 p.m. with prior intimation.  Shri P.L. I request you to allow me to INSPECT ALL FILES RELATED  and / or which contain the original papers submitted as  TECHNICAL BIDS and FINANCIAL BIDS ( as submitted by all 6 bidders) for the project known as Appointment of ADVISOR cum PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT for  a/the Redevelopment of Pragati Maidan, as well as to INSPECT ALL FILES RELATED TO THE AWARD  of work of this project to an entity/company/firm which has the word “FEEDBACK INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES Pvt. Ltd.” In the correspondence part of the files. This inspection is requested for both the Correspondence and the Note Sheets of the relevant files. This is to inform that there were 7 bidders for the APMC at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.  The letters seeking their consent , u/s 11 of the RTI act, 2005,  whether their bid documents should be disclosed, were sent.  Out of 7, only two bidders, namely, M/s Feedback Infrastructure Services Pvt Ltd and M/s  Synergy Property Development Services Pvt Ltd, have consented for disclosure of their bids.  Other 5 bidders have stated that their documents relate to pure commercial aspects of their company’s business which is private in nature and includes details which are ex-facie commercially sensitive.  Any disclosure would cause harm or injury to them and as such advised to keep such documents as confidential. In view of above, you may inspect the documents/relevant file of only two bidders, on Thursday the 8th August, 2013 at 3.00 p.m.   Shri P.L. 9. ITPO/PIC/07/09/2013 Mrs. Renu Bisht Regarding Dar-es-salam International Trade Fair 2012, Tanzania, June 26th – Julty 8th 2012. Name of the companies who participated in the above trade fair held in 2012 List (4 page) of companies who participated in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, July, 2012, can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001, by depositing Rs.8/- towards photocopying charges of 4 page @ Rs.2/- per page.
Total amount of funds received from the Ministry of Commerce for the above trade fair. Rs. 50 lakh sanctioned from Dept. of Commerce, Govt. of India for Financial year 2012-13 for 4 projects.
The amount distributed to the each participant company who participated in the above exhibition. No disbursement  has been made .
if not, by which time the fund would be disbursed.  Normally how much time is taken for such disbursement after the event. Disbursement would be made on receipt of MDA subsidy utilized in the event under reference. The MDA Unit of ITPO takes maximum of four weeks for MDA disbursement subject to following: 1.Receipt of funds from DOC. 2.Settlement of Fair account and 3. Fulfillment of requisite documents by the claimants.
10. ITPO/PIC/07/10/2013 Sh. R.K. Bansal
  • The amount of advertisements/publicity budget for the financial years 2012-13 and 2013-14 on the head of print media, electronic media etc.
 Copies(6 pages)  of Statement having details such as, event, Total Publicity Budget, Actual Expenditure, Name of the Agency and copies (5 pages) of Statement, showing Name of Ad Agencies, Publications, Amount and date of release for the Tender Advertisements, can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by depositing Rs.22/- towards photocopying charges of  11  page @ Rs.2 per page.
  • Out of the budget how much amount was spent on the advertisements/publicity during the above period and till 1st July, 2013 in the current financial year.
  • The details of the advertisement agencies who were engaged for execution of the above work.
  • The names and designations of the authorities who engage the advertisement agencies.
 The advertising agencies are empanelled through selection process, consisting of members from ITPO of the rank of GMs and two outside experts from PSUs.  The Selection Committee is chaired by ED, ITPO.  The final approval is given by CMD, ITPO.
  • Whether any tender/bid offer in  invited for awarding this work.
 Yes. To engage the advertising agencies in ITPO, a tender advertisement for empanelment is published in national dailies.
  • If so, the details of the successful bidder who were awarded the above work.
 You  may refer to reply given at Sr. No. 1 to 3.    
  • Details of print media/electronic media/agencies who were allotted this work by the advertising agencies.

 Job pertaining to advertisement release is always executed through empanelment advt. agencies only.
11. ITPO/PIC/07/11/2013 Sh. Nishant Shrivastava
  • Since April 2010 to till now, how many advertisements has been passed for publishing to every News Paper/Magazine with their names, dates and advertisement details like size, colour or black & white, occasions etc.
 Detail (37 pages) of Advertisements released /passed, with names of newspapers, date/ month of issue, amount, agency name, etc. can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by depositing Rs.74/- towards photocopying charges of 37 pages @ Rs.2/- per page.
  • Details of bills has been passed for every news paper/Magazine with their names and dates of issue since April 2010 to till now.
  • Certified photocopies of received bills from the news papers/Magazines since April 2010 to till now.
 You may inspect the relevant bills since the number of copies are 2000 approx.  Documents identified during inspection can be obtained on payment basis.
  • Details of payment has been paid to agency in the favour of every news paper/ Magazine and payment paid by agency to the news papers for published advertisement since April 2010 to till now.
 You may refer to the details provided at Sr. No.1 & 2 above.   However, as per practice, the total amounts which include 15 per cent as agency service charges and rest of amount is paid to the publication
  • Criteria of passing rates of the news papers/Magazine accordingly their volume & periodicity may kindly be intimated.
 The rates given by the publisher are negotiated and the publicity plan along with the rate is approved by ED/CMD.
  • Details of the properties of C.P.R.O.
 There does not exist any post of CPRO in ITPO.
  • Criteria for the newspaper/Magazine to obtain advertisement by ITPO.
 It is based on the objective and projective profile of the fair. Further information/ clarification can be given subject to a clear query.
  • Certified photocopies of all Release orders has been issued to all newspaper since January 2010 to till now.
 The number of pages would exceed 400 approx.  You may inspect the relevant papers.  Documents identified during inspection can be obtained on payment basis
  • Inspection of related records may kindly be allowed.
 Mrs. Kamla, Dy. Manager, CC&S Division has been nominated as coordinating officer for inspection of the relevant documents/ papers etc. You may inspect the same at 03.00 p.m. on  16th August, 2013.   The inspection will be conducted in CC&S Division, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

        (Earlier I had sought this information by letter dated         4.3.2013 in which I have been declined by Section 8(1)(j)         which does not apply to me as I am his wife not a third         party.)		 Information being personal information of an individual qualifies for protection from disclosure u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005 and, therefore, cannot be provided.

        (Earlier I had sought this information by letter dated         4.3.2013 but the name of the nominee was not         provided.		 Information relating to nomination,  being personal information of an individual qualifies for protection from disclosure u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005 and, therefore, cannot be provided.   However, as per office records, Shri S.K. Verma has not nominated for CPF and DCRG.
15. ITPO/PIC/07/15/2013 Sh. Banarasi Ram Provide the copy of promotion order of Shri R.K. Sehgal  to the post of Private Secretary promoted in 1977. This is to inform you that the main file of Shri R.K. Sehgal, Ex-PS is not traceable.  However, as per Service Book record - Shri R.K. Sehgal was promoted to the post of PS to MD w.e.f. 11.5.1977 vide Office Order No.Estt.(R-1)/77/TFA dated 18.5.77.
16. ITPO/PIC/07/16/2013 Sh. Banarasi Ram Please provide the list of Jr./Sr./Steno, PA in the pay scale of Rs. 550-900/- and Roster of the then AMs now DMs promoted from PA w.e.f. 1.3.1977 to 31.7.2013. In this context, copies of list (6 pages) are enclosed.  The documents are being provided free of charges as per provision u/s 7(6) of the RTI Act, 2005.
