Queries under RTI Act received in the month of May 2013

• Please provide the certified copy of promotion order to the post of PA in the pay scale of Rs. 550 - 900/- of the then following officials S/Sh. R. K. Sehgal, M. R. Bhatia and G.R. Jain who were promoted  in 1977 from Sr. Steno enforcement effective date of ex-TFAI – 1.3.1977.
• Please refer to your letter No.ITPO/PIC/01/17/2012 dated 3/2/2012 with reference to my application dated 24.1.2012 seeking information under RTI Act regarding amendment of RRs for the post of Assistant Manager (now Deputy Manager) during 1981,  following information may be provided: 1. Agenda for BOD meeting. 2. Minutes of the BOD Meeting (Duly signed by the BOD Members). 3. Circular Order issued. 4. Latest RRs for appointment/promotion to the post of Deputy Manager/Manager. 5. Updated preamble for RRs.

• Inspection of Fair Accounts documents (Final-settlements) of India’s Participation in AFL-Artigiano, Milan, Dec. 1-9, 2012 – following documents:
• Approval of Team Leader/Team member and also copy of approval – Deputation of Shri B.L. Meena, OSD(Admn.), Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Settlement of TA& DA and other relevant documents make available for inspection.
• Whether the post of DM(Finance) promotion to have taken place as per revised RRs.
• Whether the promotions to the post of Executive in TDA Cadre are done as per revised RRs approved by the Board.  If not, the reasons for that.
• I may be provided a copy of the notings from dealing hand to Appointing authority in the case of promotion to the post of Executive in TD Cadre after approved of revised RRs by the Board.
• What happened to my representation dated 3.5.2012 and 4.2.2013 addressed to GM(Admn.) and ED respectively.  If these have been dealt with, a copy of the noting may be provided.  In case it has not been dealt, the reason for the same may also be given.
• Regarding details of Government owned Companies, Public Sector Enterprises, Institutions:

• Provide the certified copy of notings pages 1-20 plus correspondence pages vide file No. 8-TFA/11/92 (Re-alignment)
• Inspection of following as given below:
  1. Policies files relating to sanction/creation of posts/amendment of rules of ex-TDA/ex-TFA.
  2. Jayaraman Report along-with relevant files.
  3. Consultant S.K. Kaul’s Final Report dated 13.10.95. Original submitted to GM(Admn.) alongwith requisite file.
• Under rights conferred upon me by the Right to Information Act, 2005, I hereby call upon you to permit me to inspect the files as resident in your organization for the following issues:
  • This RTI query is with reference to a news report that the ITPO has finalized plans/hired a consultant/appointed a consultant for a Redevelopment of Pragati Maidan.
  • I request you to allow me to INSPECT ALL THE FILES RELATED  the PFP/tender/inquiry which may have been floated prior to the appointment of the advisor/advisor cum project consultant as well as to
  • INSPECT ALL FILES RELATED TO THE AWARD of work of this project to an entity/company/firm which has the world “POPULOUS” in its name.
