  • During the Aahar 2011, 2012 & 2013 – the number of participants in Food Sector & Hospitality Sector & Comparative percentage?
  • The total number of participants in Aahar 2011, 2012 and 2013 in Food Sector & Hospitality Sector was 514, 565 and 676 respectively. The Comparative percentage will be (+) 9.92 and (+) 19.64 respectively.
  • In Aahar 2011, 2012 & 2013 – which halls were marked  for Food Sector participants and which halls were marked for Hospitality Sector Exhibitors?
  • ‘While in  Aahar 2011 initially, Hall No. 7 to 12, 12A and 14 were earmarked for Hotel Restaurants Equipment including Kitchen Equipment & Supplies, Laundry, Interior and House Keeping etc.   and Hall No. 18 for Food, Food Ingredients and Additives etc. Similarly in Aahar 2012 Hall No. 7 to 12, 12A, 14 and 15 were earmarked for Hotel Restaurants Equipment including Kitchen Equipment & Supplies, Laundry, Interior and House Keeping etc.   and Hall No. 15 and 18 for Food, Food Ingredients and Additives etc. Further in Aahar 2013 Hall No. 1R, 7 to 12, 12A, 14 and 15 were earmarked for Hotel Restaurants Equipment including Kitchen Equipment & Supplies, Laundry, Interior and House Keeping etc.   and Hall No. 1R, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 15 for Food, Food Ingredients and Additives etc. However, the halls are not fixed for a particular category since it depends upon the demand for space and supply.
  • During Aahar 2011, 2012 & 2013 – the hall for Food Sector & hospitality sector are permanently fixed or the halls are interchangeable & is there any policy matter in interchanging the halls from one sector to other sector?
  • Though halls are initially earmarked for a particular category, it is not feasible at the time of excessive demand to fix for a particular category at a particular time with non availability of space in a particular hall earmarked for a category. Further some of the exhibitors display multiproduct category and as such they have a composite display of their products. Interchangeability, if any depends upon above justification and with the approval of competent authority.

  • प्रगति मैदान को विश्वस्तरीय एकीकृत  प्रदर्शनी  व  à¤•à¤¨à¤µà¥ˆà¤‚शन परिसर के रूप मैं विकसित करने के लिए  अगस्त  2010  à¤®à¥‡   à¤µà¤¾à¤£à¤¿à¤œà¥à¤¯ विभाग ने आई टी पी ओ को निर्देश  दिया था कि वह भूमि उपयोग  में परिवर्तन के लिए दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण को लिखे  और वैश्विक  à¤¨à¤¿à¤µà¤¿à¤¦à¤¾  के जरिये प्रख्यात सलाहकार  à¤à¤µà¤® परियोजना प्रबंधन परामर्शदाता  (ए पी एम सी ) की नियुक्ति करे।
  • योजना पर कार्य  कब आरम्भ होना था  व कब आरम्भ किया गया|
  • 2011 मे आई टी पी ओ  à¤¨à¥‡ प्रगति मैदान के भूमि  उपयोग परिवर्तन के लिये सम्बंधित मंत्रालयॉ/ विभागॉ के साथ यह मामला उठाया जिसके साथ- साथ  ए पी एम सी के चयन के लिए आर एफ पी बोली आमंत्रित की  गयी ।
  • योजना पर किया जाने  वाला या किए गए बजट  की आज तक की जानकारी विषय   अनुसार किए खर्च की    à¤…लग – अलग   दें|
  • इस प्रस्ताव मॅ  फेज़-1 के लिए अनुमानित व्यय 2171 करोड़  रुपये है । ए पी एम सी को चरणबद्ध  ढंग से देय कुल फीस 12.35 करोड़ रुपये है ।
  • योजना में ऐसे  क्या -  क्या  कार्य  à¤¹à¥ˆà¤‚ जो अभी तक आरम्भ  होने  चाहिए  थे, लेकिन  नहीं  à¤¹à¥‹ पाए  हैं | कार्य  अनुसार कार्य  आरम्भ  की तिथि à¤…भी तक कार्य आरम्भ न होने का  à¤•à¤¾à¤°à¤£  कार्य आरम्भ होने की संभावित, प्रस्तावित  तिथि    à¤…लग – अलग  à¤¬à¤¤à¤¾à¤à¤|
  • उपरोक्त प्रपोजल/परियोजना का अनुमोदन (Administrative approval & expenditure sanction) सरकार से नहीं मिला है। परियोजना का अनुमोदन  मिलने के बाद ही आगे की कार्यवाही की जायेगी ।
  • योजना के à¤‰à¤¦à¥‡à¤¶à¥à¤¯à¥‹ की जानकारी दें|   
 
  • परियोजना के प्रस्ताव में  पहले चरण में  (डिजाइन वर्ष 2020) मॅ 100000 वर्ग मी. प्रदर्शनी स्थल का विकास और दूसरे चरण मॅ  (डिजाइन वर्ष 2030) मॅ 100000 वर्ग मी.  क्षमता की वृद्धि करना और कम से कम  5000 व्यक्तियॉ के बैठने की क्षमता वाले प्लेनरी हाल सहित कनवैंशन सेन्टर  की सुविधा का विकास और इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न आधुनिकतम सुविधा और सेवाओं के साथ-साथ लगभग 4800 पी सी यू  के लिए पार्किंग स्थल का विकास करना शामिल है ।
4. ITPO/PIC/11/04/2013 Shri Banarasi Ram, Delhi The certified copy of action taken report/decision taken by Competent Authority against vide letter dated 29.7.2013 in respect of implementation of OBC. Reservation Policy in DR (Direct Recruitment) w.e.f. 08.09.1993 copy of letter dated 29.7.2013 enclosed and vide letter dated 13.11.2013 with regard to recovery of Public fund on account of Publicity Scam. Your letter dated 29.7.2013 has been dealt in the file.  Since, there was no substance in the said complaint/allegations found,  the matter was closed.  Copy of notings (3 page) can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001, by depositing Rs.6/- towards photocopying charges 3 page @ Rs.2/- per page. Your letter dated 13.11.2013 has been filed as on 13.12.2013.
5. ITPO/PIC/11/05/2013 Shri Banarasi Ram, Delhi Please provide information the recovery of Rs. Twenty Billions from Mrs. Rita Menon, CMD, ITPO and others vide letter of even no. dated 15.11.2013. Copy of letter dated 15.11.2013 is enclosed.   In this context, it has been informed by the concerned Departments of ITPO that the information sought vide your letter dated 15.11.2013 is not clear.  However, letter dated 6.1.2012 mentioned in the letter dated 15.11.2013 has been dealt and closed.  Your letter dated 25.4.2013 was examined and closed with the approval of competent authority.
6. ITPO/PIC/11/06/2013 Shri Banarasi Ram, Delhi  
  • Date of retirement of Shri N.K. Sehgal to the post of GM.
Shri N.K. Sehgal, Ex-GM retired on 30.6.2010.
  • No dues clearance Certificate obtained from concerned Divisions/ Units before his retirement.
  • Any dues were pending against him.
Dues shown outstanding by following Divisions: Revenue section – Rs.12,80,583/-. General Section – Rs.11,600/-. Medical Unit – Rs.4,562/-.
  • Whether the then CMD passed any order to stop his payment?
No.
  • Why his final payment was made to him in September, 2013.
Dues were settled with the approval of competent authority.
  • Whether after conducting vigilance enquiry his final payment was made to him.

  • ITPO may provide the total number of parking label printed for use in IITF 2013 related to different gates i.e. Gate No.1A, 1B, 3, 4, 6 etc.
Detail (1 page) of parking labels can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
  • The total number of parking label supplied by printer to Stores Division, details gate wise printed parking label.
  • The total number of parking label drawn by Security Division related to all Gates.
Details (1 page) of total no. of parking labels received /issued by Security Division, can be obtained from Public Information Cell, ITPO, New Delhi. The entry of parking label was not made in any register.  However, proper requisition slips have been filed properly. The computerized list (27 page) of all parking labels issued to ITPO staff /ITPO service Agencies, can be obtained from P.I. Cell, ITPO, New Delhi.
  • The details of parking label distributed by Security Division related to different parking to be used in different Gates whether valid for one day entry only or for duration of fair indicating the name of the user his designation/ status, his professional relation with the ITPO.  The detail sought above should be provided with the photocopy of the register meant for record of issuance bearing the signature of the person received the said parking label.

Divisions./ PIO) and Mr Mahavir, Manager (Admn.) ITPO as on (5.10.2013).. a copy enclosed..  Please send me certified copies of day to day movements/ actions taken/ orders passed by various officials/ officers (notings and correspondence of related files in Administration/Finance and Law Division… including any correspondence and replies received from outside advocates by ITPO). Certified copies of all further actions/ decisions taken w.r.t. information earlier received vide your letter No.ITPO/ PIC/ 12/ 03 /04/ 2012; ITPO/PIC/03/05/2012 dated 23rd April, 2012 i.e. subsequent to the notings / pages already supplied and till date be supplied. Photocopies (89 pages) of  notings/pages provided by F&B Unit. Photocopies (6 page) of note sheets by severing information, which is exempt from disclosure by applying Section 10, Clause of severability, under RTI Act 2005 and copy (5 page) of letter No. No.13-ITPO(19)Vig./2011 dated 17.09.2013 provided by Vigilance Division, can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by depositing Rs.200/- towards photocopying charges of 100 pages [89+6+5] @ Rs.2/- per page. Photocopies of note sheets(20 page) provided by Admn. Divn. are enclosed.  You may refer to page No.417 & 418 which pertain to action taken on your letter dated 28.08.2013. Photocopy(1 page) of page No.36, provided by F&B Unit  is also enclosed.            The information given from first page was severed as per provisions u/s 10 of the RTI Act.

  • मेले के लिए मीडिया प्लान को अनुमोदन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया जाता है । कारपोरेट विज्ञापन की अनुशंसा प्रभागाध्यक्षों  की समिति द्वारा और अनुमोदन सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा किया जाता है । whispersinthecorridor.com साइट को दर्शकों अर्थात नौकरशाहों, सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों एवं निजी क्षेत्र के कार्यकारी अधिकारियों के आधार पर चुना गया था ।  
  • आई टी पी ओ ने क्या whispersinthecorridor.com, उस की सहयोगी वेबसाइट तथा www.sarkaritel.com पर पिछ्ले तीन वर्षों में विज्ञापन करा है, यदि हां तो उनका आधार क्या था ?  क्या किसी विशेष अधिकारी के आदेश पर ये  विज्ञापन करे गए ?  इन को कितनी राशि विज्ञापन के लिए दी गयी ?

  • क्या वेबसाइट को  विज्ञापन किसी मंत्री/ सांसद/विधायक अथवा किसी नौकरशाह के आदेश पर दिए जाते हैं? यदि हां तो उन के नाम, संस्तुति और उस पर हुए आदेश कि  प्रतियां उपलब्ध कराई जाएं ?
