ITPO/PIC/10/02/2013 Shri Parveen Kumar Mehta	Total no. of Building Works Proposed/planned in current fiscal for (Residential, Commercial, and Institutional, Memorable Civic, Entertainment and Sport buildings others if any ) in current Fiscal. Estimated cost for Construction of such Projects. Name and Address of Agencies who have conducted pre feasibility studies. Status on PMC, Design Consultant, SE etc. No. of High rise Building Projects/Signature towers planned/proposed. Industrial/IT/Residential complexes, SEZ, EZS if any. Status of Budget proposals planned/made in categorical terms in Present FY/Next FY. Mode of Construction – EPC/BOT/PPP others if any. Likely month/year of Tendering. Respective Authority to conduct Tendering Viz. State Development Authority, PWD others if any. Funding status. Position on land Acquisition. Status on Statutory Clearances viz. This is to inform you that no building is proposed / planned in current fiscal year.
3.	ITPO/PIC/10/03/2013 Shri Rajesh Yadav	Regarding your Advt. No.4-ITPO(6)/E-I/2013 published in Employment News (22 June 2013) for direct recruitment for the post of Deputy Managers in different cadres. Number of candidates applied in Deputy Manager (General Cadre) and Deputy Manager(Fin.& A/cs). How many have applied under ‘UR’, OBC and SC Category may separately be apprised also.	Applications are under scrutiny. Number of candidates applied in General Cadre and Finance Cadre (under UR, OBC and SC category) can be ascertained only after scrutiny is complete.
		What will be the pattern of Question paper? Which section will be there in paper?	Objective / multiple choice questions, covering quantitative aptitude, English language, General Awareness/ reasoning etc
		Has the date/month be fixed for the written exam? If yes, it may please be specified.	Yet to be finalized.
4.	ITPO/PIC/10/04/2013 Shri Mahadev Bhoi	Outstanding dues pending against me as of today receivable by ITPO from any party related to my official dealing.	As per detail (1 page enclosed) of overseas events attended by you, which is provided by Foreign Fairs Division and as per book of account, an amount of Rs.26,958/- is recoverable from M/s Agenda Suria Communication Std. Bhd. (Fair Authority) towards excess payment of space rent in connection with 11th Global Indian Festival, Kaula Lumpur (Malaysia), June 5-9, 2013 as on date.
		Physical items, books/periodicals etc. issued to me for my personal use which need to be returned to ITPO at the time of superannuation./ VRS.	What you are seeking is future course of action which is not covered under information, as defined u/s 2(f) of the RTI Act. However, System Development & Compliance Services of ITPO reported following items as on date: 1. Computer set DELL 380 (Sr. No. DELL/ 380/ IJ2C5BS) with TFT Monitor (CNJ672F691809BK2F4L) 2.UPS Tritonics 3.Printer i)Samsung SCX4824FN. ii)HP Color Laserjet 2840 and iii)HP Lasterjet 9000. 4.Laptop-DELL Vostro 1520 with charger, bag. Stores Divn. , ITPO reported following items: 1. Stationery Stores : VIP Suitcase : Rs.2,418/-. 2. Exhibition Store: Gliden Strolley Delux : Rs.5,200/-. 3. Ware House/Furniture: One Fax Machine. Besides the above items, copy of statement (1 page) showing the items from Publicity Stores, is enclosed. Following books were issued to you, on 21.7.2004, as per the Library record: -Book No.The IT Industry in India – Strategic Review : Rs.1800/-. -Destination Latin America Mexico A study of the IT Industry of Mexico : Rs.950/-. -Destination Latin America, Brazil. 		Gifts and other items issued to me for which disposal certificate is still awaited.
		Consumable items issued to me along with their life span and their present depreciated value which need to be returned to ITPO at the time of superannuation/ VRS.
		Outstanding advance taken for personal purpose needs to be returned/ settled.	The advance payment of PRP is recoverable as per detail below as on date i.e. 12.11.2013: FY 2008-09 Rs.44,296/-. 2009-10 Rs.52,713/- 2010-11 Rs.59,316/-. 2011-12 Rs.66,958/-. 2012-13 Rs.52,846/-.
		Any other items which need to be returned to ITPO at the time of superannuation/ VRS.	What you are seeking is future course of action, which is not covered under information, as defined u/s 2(f) of the RTI Act. However, following Divisions / Units/ Sections have reported ‘nil’ information as on date: Bill Checking Section, Design & Display Divn., Medical Unit, FS-I, FS-II Section, E-II Section, Vigilance Division. Medical Unit of Finance of ITPO. You may also refer to reply given at Sr. No. II above. E-III Section - Your Pay Slip for November, 2013 showing outstanding advance is enclosed. General Section - One Nokia mobile handset (instrument) issued to you by General Section. Travel Unit - The official passport is to be returned, which is issued to you by office through Ministry of External Affairs. Finance Division - An advance of Rs.18,096/- has been paid on 27.8.2013 for LTC. P R Division - Nothing is outstanding. Printing & Publicity Division – nothing is outstanding
		VII.If nothing is due as of today, ‘nil report may be provided by each Department/ Division of ITPO.
5.	ITPO/PIC/10/05/2013 Shri N.K. Sehgal	Examine the file (P-468)/Admn/84 last week. Further, there was one more file, from which I was earlier issued letter, and I replied too. Therefore, I wish to examine that file as well. Its no. is: 15-ITPO(1)/Vig/2011.	This is to inform you that since notings & related correspondence of Vigilance files are confidential document and contain material information and inputs by an investigating officer on examination and investigation and held as trust by public authority, therefore, it qualifies protection from disclosure under section 8(1)(e) of RTI Act, 2005.
6.	ITPO/PIC/10/06/2013 Shri Manu Dubey	Status report of recruitment for the posts of DMs (GC) and (Finance & A/cs) published vide notification No.4-ITPO(6)/E..I/2013 dated 10th June, 2013,	The applications received for filling up of the post of Dy. Manager(GC) and Finance and Accounts are under compilation.
6.	ITPO/PIC/10/06/2013 Shri Manu Dubey	Certified copies of all the applications received against the above mentioned notification.	The applications of candidates contain personal information of the third party, which qualifies for protection from disclosure u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005. Therefore, cannot be provided.
7.	ITPO/PIC/10/07/2013 Shri Sanjeev Kumar	Kindly provide the notings of File No.4-ITPO(28)/2012 pertaining to promotion to the post of Sr. Steno from page No.11 to last page.	Photocopies (5 pages) of Note portions of File No.4-ITPO(28)/2012, can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by depositing Rs.10/- towards photocopying charges of 5 page @ Rs.2/- per page.
