Subject:   Packaged Drinking Water   for 5^th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri,

    West Bengal  October 25^th – 31^st, October 2013.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for packaged drinking water  for 5^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal.

The 5^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during October 25^th – 31^st October at Railway Ground (on Burdwan Road), Siliguri, West Bengal, where different kinds of consumer durable products and machineries would be on display.

Approximately about 2000 visitors will visit the fair everyday.

Requirement would be 400 Jars and 04 dispensers are required during the fair period and the payment will be made as per actual consumption (unused jars will be returned)

Last date of submission of quotation : Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 19/09/2013 at 1.00 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
