Subject:   Still photography and video photography  for 5^th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri, West Bengal  October 25^th – 31^st, October 2013.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for still photography and video photography for 5^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal.

The 5^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during October 25^th – 31^st October at Railway Ground (on Burdwan Road), Siliguri, West Bengal. General public as business people are the  visitors of the fair.

We require the 4” x 6” colour photographs (still) of 100 numbers and video photography for the entire programme.

Last date of submission of quotation: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 19/09/2013 at 1.30 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
