Subject:   Security service for 5^th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri, West Bengal   October 25^th – 31^st, October 2013.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for security service  for 5^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal.

5^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during October 25^th – 31^st October at Railway Ground (on Burdwan Road), Siliguri, West Bengal, where different kinds of consumber durable products and machineries would be on display.

The Security arrangements are required round the clock for the entire fair period; we are placing below the requirement of our security arrangements

The total Security Guards: 72 nos. The arrangements will be made on 12 hours basis.

Rates may be quoted on 12 hourly basis.The number of security guards may be modified depending on the situation.

Last date of submission of quotation: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 19/09/2013 at 1.00 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
