Name of work:- (i) Automated Housekeeping of Hall No.8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12A, & CCTV Room etc.

(ii)           Automated Housekeeping of all the general toilets in ITPO Premises at Pragati Maidan

(iii)          Automated Housekeeping of Hall No.1,2,3,4,5,6, & business Lounge near Gate No. 1 & 2, Hall No. 7 etc.

(iv)         Automated Housekeeping of Hall No. 14,15,16 & 18  etc.           

Reference to Tender Notice published on 12.09.2013 regarding above mentioned works, the revised dates are as given below:

1. Last date & time of receiving and opening of tenders  : 30.09.2013 (3.00 P M & 3.30 P M

In addition to above, the following amendments are made in the tender document. The tender notice was published in Mail Today & Rastriya Sahara News Papers for the above mentioned work on 12.09.2103.

Clause – 4.14.4	The initial cost of the contract shall be valid for a period of 18 months. No price escalation, other than minimum wages revision, shall be entertained by the client during the period.	DELETED
Clause – 4.14.5	After expiry of initial period of the contract of 18 months and if the contract is renewed by the client, the contractor shall claim increase in the contract cost only on account of increase in the minimum wages, as and when increased by the Government.	DELETED
