Appointment of, an Agency for running contract for codification/identification marks on  different type of fixed assets of ITPO.

Dear Sir,

Sealed quotations are invited from the experienced contractors for identification marks on fixed assets items of ITPO, at head quarter  Pragati Maidan,  Asian Games Village, New Delhi-110001 & regional offices of ITPO’s Mumbai and Chennai. The rates will be mentioned letter wise and will be valid for a period of three year.

The fixed assets items will be identification marks as is where is basis as per the directions of DM (Stores).

The contractor must have PAN Number and registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable. (The photo copy should be attached with the quotation).

The quotation should be accompanied a demand draft sum of Rupees 2000/- infavour of INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, Pragatimaidan, New Delhi-110001, as an earnest money refundable.

The sealed quotations should be addressed to Dy.  Manager (Stores) Central Ware House Store near Gate.1, ITPO, Pragati-Maidan, New Delhi, so as to reach this office latest by 3.30pm, on or before 9^th November, 2013. The quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. The identification marks should be of good quality with anemal paints.

The ITPO, reserve the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof with-out assigning any reason what-so-ever and no correspondence in this regards will be entertained.
