Tender for the work of :  Packaged Drinking Water on hired basis  for 19^th International Leather Goods Fair  27^th – 29^th March  2014 and in 20^th International Leather Goods Fair at Milan Mela Complex, Kolkata .

The  Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation , Vanijay Bhavan,  1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016 invites  sealed quotation for Packaged Drinking Water including good quality plastic glasses         ( qty : 2000 nos. )  on hire basis  during the above fair.

Our requirement : We require 25 nos jars (20 ltr jar) and 04 dispersers ( on hire basis )  and 2000 nos. good quality plastic glasses during the fair period and the payment will be made as per consumption(unused jar will be returned).

Last date for submission of quotation : Quotation on company’s  letter head duly signed and stamped by the authorised signatory may be sent to us on or before  10/01/2014  by  1.30 pm in  sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope at the following address :
