DETAILED TENDER NOTICE

The India Trade Promotion Organisation, International Trade Facilitation Centre , 1/1, Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata-700016 invites seald   item rate tenders  for the following work  from  approved and  eligible  contractors  of  ITPO/CPWD/Department of  Telecommunications/MES/ Railways and Specialised agencies up to3.00 PM  on 10.2.2014 which will be opened on the same day by him (or) his authorised representative at 3.30 PM.

           
Condition and tender forms can be had on production of PAN Number, Service Tax Number and copy of  Electrical  license from the office of the undersigned between 11.00 AM to 3.00 PM on all working days up to 07-02-2014 for the tender cost including DAVT 5%, (non refundable).mentioned as above (Non Refundable). The Earnest Money should be deposited in the name of India Trade Promotion Organisation, Kolkata along with the tender.

The tender document is also available on our website www.indiatradefair.com & www.eprocure.gov.in and same can be downloaded and used as tender document for submitting the tender. However, the cost of tender form as mentioned above is also to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft issued in favour of ITPO and to be enclosed with the tender while submitting the tender. In case the tender is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of tender document, Earnest Money &document showing eligibility criteria  as mentioned above, the tender will summarily be rejected
