Appointment of, an Agency on running contract for codification and placing identification marks on different type of fixed assets of ITPO.

Dear Sir,

Sealed quotations are invited from experienced contractors for placing identification marks on fixed asset items of ITPO, at Pragati Maidan and Asian Games Village, New Delhi-110001 as well as regional offices of ITPO at Mumbai and Chennai. The rates will have to be mentioned per letter wise and will be valid for a period of three years.

Identification marks will be placed on asset items on “as is where is” basis under the direction of DM (Stores).

The contractor must have PAN Number and must be registered with concerned Tax Authority as applicable. (Photo copy of the same should be attached with the quotation).

The quotation should be accompanied by a demand draft foe a sum of Rs. 2000/-drawn infavour of INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, payable at New Delhi-110001, as refundable earnest money deposit.

The sealed quotations should be addressed to Dy.  Manager (Stores) Central Ware House Store near Gate.1, ITPO, Pragati-Maidan, New Delhi, so as to reach this office latest by 3.30pm, on or before 4^th March, 2014. The quotations received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. The quotations will be opened on any convenient day/date and the same will be informed accordingly. The identification marks should be of good quality with enamel paint.

ITPO, reserve the right to reject any quotation in full or part thereof with-out assigning any reason whatsoever and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
