NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Subject:- Sale of unserviceable goods,  material on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’.

India Trade Promotion Organisation (A Government of India Enterprise) invites sealed bids from the interested parties for the sale of following items on ‘AS IS WHERE AS BASIS’  at various locations in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of receiving the bids is  23.06.2014,  at 2.30 pm. The bids must be deposited in Tender Box kept in the Room of Manager (Electrical), Room No.147, Pragati Bhawan, Gate No. 3, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The bids will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pm in the presence of bidders. The tender Forms will be sold upto 4:00 pm by 20.06.2014. The bidders may inspect the items on ALL working days between 11:00 am to 4:00 pm till 22.06.2014.

Note: 12.5% DVAT on the sale/auction goods amount will have to be paid by the purchaser.

 Bids have to be submitted on prescribed tender forms. The terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the Manager (Elect.), on cash payment of Rs.525/-(non refundable).

 Bidder may also download the Tender Forms from website www.indiatradefair.com , and cost of the tender forms should be paid at the time of submission of bids in form of DD for Rs.525/-, including DAVT 12.5%, (non refundable) in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, payable at Delhi, or cash in ITPO’s cash counter.
