INVITATION FOR PROVIDING SERVICES OF MOBILE CARGO CONTAINER INSPECTION SYSTEM OF BEST QUALITY FOR SCANNING OF LOADED TRUCKS / CARGO AT PRAGATI MAIDAN, NEW DELHI FOR IITF 2014 UNDER BARTER DEAL

Sealed offers are invited from the interested companies for providing the services of Mobile Cargo Container Inspection System of best quality for scanning of loaded (exhibition materials) trucks / cargo vehicles at Gate No. 1 in connection with the India International Trade Fair 2014 (IITF 2014) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The services of the system shall be taken under barter deal i.e. significant branding sites as per details given below shall be provided to the approved company in lieu of their services. The terms and conditions in this regard are as under:

1.    The company interested in barter deal only may submit their sealed bid.

2.    9 (nine) branding sites as per details given below shall be provided in lieu of the services of the company.

3.    System shall be operated by the Engineers and Maintenance Staff of the company.

4.    The scanning of cargo vehicles shall be undertaken daily from 7.00 p.m. on 11.11.2014 to 15.11.2014 and till the last cargo vehicle is scanned.

5.    The company is required to keep ready sufficient Engineers / Staff for 12.11.2014 and 13.11.2014 for operating the system.

6.    The entry / parking passes for the staff of the company will be issued as deemed considered by ITPO.

7.    Necessary clearances required for the operation of the system from the concerned authorities shall be obtained by the company.

8.    The system shall be operated at the cost and risk of the company.

9.    Insurance of the staff of the company will be undertaken by the company.

10. In case of any injury to the staff of the company during operation period, ITPO will not be held responsible. 

11. Stand by system is also required to be kept ready in case the installed system gets failure.

12. No payment of any kind is payable to the approved company except allotment of branding sites at Pragati Maidan from 13.11.2014 to 27.11.2014 in lieu of their system.

Interested parties may submit their sealed bids by 3.00 p.m. on 19.08.2014. Bids received after this date / time shall not be considered. The bids shall be opened at 5.00 p.m. on 13.07.2014 in ITPO’s premises in the presence of representatives of the companies if they intend to see the process.
