Notice Inviting Quotations

 

          Sealed quotations are invited by the  Manager(Elect.) ITPO  for  the following  items on item rate  basis on behalf  of CMD  ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the  manufactures, authorized dealers for  supply of  Window type AC units.  So as  to reach this office of the  undersigned  on or before 19.8.2014 by 3.00 PM.  The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

Name of work:- Supply of 1.5 TR window AC units   at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   The material will be supplied immediately after receipt of supply order along with pre-receipts bill in triplicate.

2.   No extra cartage will be paid for delivering the material at site.

3.   No other make  will be  accepted  instead of mentioned  make  in the quotation.

4.   The agency shall submit the TIN No. PAN No. manufactures, authorized dealers certificate along with quotation.

5.   The rates should be quoted i/c. taxes as applicable.
