Subject: Appointment of Agencies to supply the Bags (Backpacks), T-shirts, & Caps- super quality items for INSPIRE Fair, 2014, schedule to be held on dated 06-08 of October, 2014 in Pragati Maidan. 

India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), a premier trade promotion organization, manages India’s Premier trade fair complex, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. ITPO has organized several types of fairs for growing trade not only in India but also in the international field. ITPO invites sealed technical and commercial bids from eligible companies/agencies, Government approved contractors & MSME, including MSME owned by SC/ST, entrepreneur for award of work for Appointment of Agencies to supply the Bags (Backpacks),T-Shirts and Caps super quality items for INSPIRE Fair 2014, to be held on dated 06-08 of October,2014  in Pragati Maidan. The bid will be submitted in three parts. First part of the bid called “Technical Bid “will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-I) to be put in a sealed cover superscripted as “Technical Bid for Appointment of Agencies to supply the quality items for INSPIRE Fair 2014, on dated 06-08 of October,2014 in Pragati Maidan.  Second part of the bid called “ Financial Bid “  will be submitted in prescribed Performa (Annexure-II) to be put in a sealed cover superscripted as “ Financial Bid” for Appointment of Agencies to supply the quality items for INSPIRE Fair 2014, schedule to be held on dated 06-08 of October, 2014  in Pragati Maidan.  On the third part, the bid  will contain the following such as, the cost of tender money plus E.M.D. (Earnest money deposit) will be put in a sealed cover superscripted with “ Deposit of Cost of tender money + V. Tax(5%) plus E.M.D with V.TAX”  for Appointment of Agencies to supply the quality items for INSPIRE Fair 2014, schedule to be held on dated 06-08 of October, 2014  in Pragati Maidan. At last, all the three sealed covers  are to be put in a bigger cover which should be sealed and duly superscripted as “for Appointment of Agencies to supply the quality items for INSPIRE Fair 2014, schedule to be held on dated 06-08 of October, 2014  in Pragati Maidan.”

1.      Important Information-

Cost of tender document is Rs.1,000/-+ 5% DVAT, Total Rs.1050/- is to be paid through demand draft /bank draft favouring ITPO payable at Delhi. (To be submitted in   Envelope -III along with tender document to be download  from our website) Or otherwise The tender documents can be collected from the office of the undersigned after depositing Rs.1050/- by cash in our Cash Section ITPO.

2. Earnest money deposit:

Rs. 37,000/- (Rupees thirty seven thousand only) through demand/bank draft favoring ITPO payable at New Delhi.  If manufacturer(s) want to supply a single item, he can deposit EMD as per detail given in Commercial bid. (To be submitted in   Envelope –III, along-with tender document) (Technical bid).

Last date for submission of sealed bids 12-09-2014 up to 11 a.m.  & opening of Technical bids on dated 12-09-2014 after submission of Bids at 11 a.m. at 12 o’ noon
