TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Bids are invited by India Trade Promotion Organisation from interested parties on or before 06.00 p.m. on 31st May, 2013 for disposal of Ambassador Car (Model 1999 – Petrol ISZ 1800).  The vehicle is available for inspection in our premises.   The sealed bids will be opened in our office premises at 3.00 p.m. on 03rd June, 2013.  The Bidder should enclose 25% of the Bid amount alongwith the Bid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of ‘INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION’ payable at Chennai – the bid amount will be adjusted against the amount of the highest bidder.  The envelope containing the bid may be superscribed “Bid for purchase of Ambassador Car) and addressed to the Senior Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Raja Annamalai Building, 2nd Floor, 72, Rukmani Lakshmipathi Salai, Egmore, Chennai – 600 008 (Tel.No.044-2855 4655).
