Subject:Packaged Drinking Water   for 6^th   East Himalayan Expo in Kanchanjangha Stadium, Bidhan Road, Siliguri,   West Bengal,  December 7 – 15, 2014.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for Package Drinking Water  for 6^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal on behalf of CMD, ITPO.

The 6^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during December 7 – 15, 2014. In Kanchanjangha Stadium, Bidhan Road, Siliguri,   West Bengal, where different kinds of consumer durable products  and machineries would be on display.

Approximately about 5000 visitors will visit the fair.

Requirement would be around 400 Jars and 04 dispensers which are required during the fair period and the payment will be made as per actual consumption (unused jars will be returned)

Last date of submission of quotation : Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 31/10/2014 at 1.00 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
