    West Bengal  December 7 – 15, 2014.

 The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotations for Hiring of Cars (A.C and Non A.C)  for 6^th  East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal on behalf of CMD, ITPO.  

The 6^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during December 7 – 15, 2014 in Kanchanjangha Stadium, Bidhan Road, Siliguri,   West Bengal, where different kinds of consumer durable products and machineries would be on display.

 Number of car required : Maximum 04 Nos.

Type of car : Maruti van/Tavares, Indigo and Indica/Swift D-Zire

 Rates of AC and Non AC both mentioning Kms and hours would be submitted.

Last date of submission of quotation: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 28/11/2014 at 3.00 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
