Subject: Security Guards for 6^th   East Himalayan Expo in Kanchanjangha   Stadium, Bidhan Road, Siliguri,   West Bengal,December 7 – 15, 2014.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for Security Guards for 6^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal on behalf of CMD, ITPO.

The 6^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during December 7 – 15, 2014 in Kanchanjangha Stadium, Bidhan Road, Siliguri, and West Bengal, where different kinds of consumer durable products and machineries would be on display.

The Security arrangements are required round the clock for the entire fair period; we are placing below the requirement of our security arrangements:

The total Security Guards : 90 Nos. The arrangements will be made on 12 hours basis.

Last date of submission of quotation: Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 28/11/2014 at 2.00 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.

ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier of the lowest quotationer.

Note: The Security Guard Agency of Siliguri City Region will be only considered.
