Tender for the work of :  Packaged Drinking Water on hired basis  for 20^th India International Leather  Fair  13^th  Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 15^th March  2015 at Milan Mela Complex, Kolkata .

The  Manager, India Trade Promotion Organisation , Vanijay Bhavan,  1/1, Wood Street, Kolkata-700 016 invites  sealed quotation for Packaged Drinking Water including good quality plastic glasses         ( qty : 2000 nos. )  on hire basis  during the above fair.

Our requirement : We require 25 nos jars (20 ltr jar) and 04 dispersers ( on hire basis )  and 2000 nos. good quality plastic glasses during the fair period and the payment will be made as per consumption(unused jar will be returned).

Last date for submission of quotation : Quotation on company’s  letter head duly signed and stamped by the authorised signatory may be sent to us on or before  20/02/2015  by  1.30 pm in  sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope at the following address :

Opening : 20.02.2015  at 2.00  pm in the presence of the agencies who wish to be present.

The rates may be quoted excluding service tax.

ITPO reserves the right to award the job to any supplier irrespective of the lowest quotation.
