CORRIGENDUM/EXTENSION NOTICE

SUBJECT: PRINTING AND SUPPLY OF PLASTIC LAMINATED MEDICAL IDENTITY CARD WITH PHOTOGRAPHS

        This is with reference to the Tender no. 5-ITPO(10)/E-I/77 dated 1^st April, 2015 on the above mentioned subject.

The last date for submission of quotation has been extended from 09/04/2015 to 15/04/2015 and will be opened on 16/04/2015 at 3.00 PM as approved by the Competent Authority.

        All other terms and conditions will remain the same.
