Sub:  Bids for Construction & Decoration of India Pavilion at Summer Fancy Food Show, New York City (USA), June 30-July 02, 2013

1. INTRODUCTION

1. India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) is the nodal agency of the Govt. of India for promoting trade.  To meet its objectives, ITPO is engaged in organizing fairs, exhibitions and conventions in India and abroad including trade fairs, India shows, buyer seller meets, market surveys, etc.

2. About Summer Fancy Food Show

National Association for The Specialty Food Trade, Inc. is the organizer of Summer Fancy Food Show. The event is the largest marketplace for specialized foods and beverages in North America and in the 2012 edition 2,400 exhibitors from more than 80 countries presented their latest specialties, best-in-class foods and beverages, and products at the forefront of emerging trends.

1. ITPO is representing India in the following fair and will set up India Pavilion in the area allocated to ITPO.  India has been given an area of 3900 sq. ft. in Level-3 and Design plan are attached.

1. ITPO is inviting bids from the interested companies for construction & decoration of India Pavilion in the above Show.

1.         SCOPE OF WORK

1. Out of the Gross area of 3900 sq feet allocated to ITPO by the Show Organiser area to be constructed by ITPO is 1200 sq feet  at Level-3.
