Our Commitment
  1. To organize and participate in national and international trade fairs in India and abroad for B 2 B/B 2 C/combined and convention/conferences.
  2. To organize trade development and promotion through specialized programmes such as (a). Buyer-Seller Meets, (b) Contact Promotion Programmes, (c) Market Surveys, (d) Exchange and Coordinate business delegations and other trade promotion/facilitation activities.
  3. To develop quality exhibition space, premises, services and Management so as to enable holding of trade promotion events of international standards.
  4. To enlist the involvement and support of the State Governments in the promotion of India’s foreign trade and promote establishment of exhibition centres in selective regions of the country.
  5. To disseminate trade information and facilitate e-commerce/trade and to build capacity for trade promotion activities.
  6. To upgrade skills related to the trade promotion and allied activities.
  7. To render high quality of services to all categories of participants in its activities with professionalism and efficiency.
Public Grievances Redressal System

A senior officer will be nominated as Public Grievance Officer, who will be available on a fixed day in a week, to personally hear any grievance related matter.

Appellate Authority- in case the redressal of the grievance is completed in stipulated time or not to the satisfaction of the person, he/she may be approach the appellate authority as notified by ITPO.

Right to Information

The Organisation has implemented the Right to Information Act, 2005 and has put in place all necessary systems and procedures on the website of the Organisation. The Organisation has also appointed Public Information Officer and set up a mechanism of appeal as has been provided in the Act. Any Citizen of India can seek information under the Act.

Independent Audit of Effectiveness of Citizen Charter and Public Grievances Mechanism

On formulation of the above framework, an independent audit of Effectiveness of Citizen Charter and Public Grievances Mechanism may be undertaken and report sent to the Department of Commerce on an annual basis.
