With the approval of the Competent Authority, it has been decided that the existing licensing guidelines for events/ exhibitions by third party organizers stand revised w.e.f. 01 April 2014. The details are as under:
- Categorization of Halls: The exhibition halls are categorized as follows:
- Category A :Hall No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12 & 12A (AC)
- Category B :Hall 14, 15 & 18 (AC)
- Category C : Hall No. 1-6 (Non-AC)
- The month of "August" is included in Lean Period.
- The rate of Licence fee for various categories of halls for financial year 2014-15:
