    • Kindly furnish the published copy of all books, Research reports and other publications, published in year 2014 with soft copy in CD/DVD published by Ministry of Commerce & Industry and its all branches & subordinate offices.
    • Kindly furnish the Diary 2015 & Calendar 2015 of Ministry of Commerce & industry and its all subordinate offices.
 In this context,  point-wise replies in respect of India Trade Promotion Organisation, are as under: ITPO does not publish any books/ research reports, neither diaries/ calendars.  However, Annual Report of ITPO for the year 2013-14, is enclosed.   ITPO only publishes  Udyog Vyapar Patrika (Hindi) and Fair Guides of various exhibitions organized by ITPO, which are priced publications and can be obtained from the concerned Divisions/ Departments of ITPO, subject to availability, on payment basis.      
    • Kindly furnish the name & Designation of all staff working in Ministry of Commerce & Industry and its all subordinate offices.
 List (16 pages) of officers and staff of India Trade Promotion Organisation, is enclosed.
4. ITPO/PIC/12/04/2014 Shri Lal Gupta New Delhi “1.    Number of International Trade Shows and similar activities organized by ITPO during last 5 years, where constructions and decoration were required to be carried out; 2.      Name those fairs/shows/activities; 3.      Name and address of the firms/parties to whom above shows have been awarded for carrying out such decoration/construction activity; 4.      Expenditure in Rupee terms incurred for such decoration/construction activities in respect of each show separately.” In this context, Year- wise details(2 pages) of Trade Fairs showing payment of construction charges for the  events held abroad, and list (1 page) of contact address of the C&D companies, are enclosed.

  • एच ओ डी  द्वारा नामांकित कर्मचारी को या
  • प्राशासन द्वारा दी गई इंटर्मिक्स सीनियारिटी लिस्ट के आधार पर या
  • विभाग में कार्यरत कर्मचारी को चाटुकारिता के आधार पर या
  • अन्य कोई आधार पर
  • फेयर अधिकारी/ प्रोजेक्ट टीम का चयन कार्या- निष्पादन, डिलिवरी/ मेरिट, उपयुक्त्तता तथा वित्तिय एवं सतर्कता प्रभागों से अनुमति मिलने पर किया जाता है 1  वरीयता को भी पर्याप्त महत्व दिया जाता है 1 हालांकि मेरिट प्रमुख निर्देशात्मक फैक्टर माना जाएगा 1 कर्मचारी का चयन कार्यकारी निदेशक / विभागाध्यक्षों की सहमति द्वारा एवं प्रबंध निदेशक के अनुमोदन से किया गया है.

  • हॉ. मेरिट के आधार पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित किया गया.
3.  प्रशासन द्वारा दी गई इंटर्मिक्स सीनियारिटी लिस्ट के आधार पर श्री दिनेश माथुर, प्रार्थी से बारहवें  स्थान पर है और नीचे दिये गए सभी कर्मचारी उनसे सीनियर हैं। क्या ये लोग बाहर लगाई जाने वाली प्रदर्शनियों के लायक/ इक्छुक नहीं हैं? इन सभी को उपेक्षित कर इन्हें तीसरी बार भेजा जा रहा है। कृपया  कारण बताएं ?

  • जैसा कि सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 2(एफ) में कहा गया है, स्पष्टीकरण चाहना ‘जांनकारी’ की सीमा में नहीं आता है 1 मेरिट के आधार पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित/नामित किया गया.
4.          ऐसा प्रातीत होता है जब से श्री दिनेश माथुर एफ.एफ.डी विभाग में कार्यरत हुए हैं और वहाँ होने का जरूरत से ज्यादा लाभ लेते हुए दिखाई देते है और अगर या गलत है तो एफ.एफ.डी विभाग क्या कार्यवाही कर रहा है ? अगर ये सत्य  नहीं है तो क्यों नहीं है ? कृपया विस्तार बताएं ?
  • जैसा कि सूचना अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 2(एफ) में कहा गया है, स्पष्टीकरण चाहना ‘जांनकारी’ की सीमा में नहीं आता है 1   पालिसी के अनुसार नामित किया गया है और सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित/ नामित किया गया .
5.    इस संधर्भ में भेजा गया एक प्राथना पत्र श्रीमान कार्यकारी निदेशक को 10 दिसम्बर 2014 को दिया गया था जो की एफ.एफ.डी विभाग में भेज दिया गया है। पर अभी तक कोई सांत्वनातमक  जवाब नहीं मिला है । क्या इस संधर्भ में एफ.एफ.डी विभाग कोई पॉलिसी बना रहा है ।  कृपया विस्तार से बताएं ? 5.  दिनांक 10.12.2014 का पत्र      प्रक्रियाधीन है

 The information sought  being personal information of the third party Shri Deepak Johri, ex-DM, ITPO, disclosure of which has no relation to any public activity or interest or may cause unwarranted invasion of his privacy, qualifies for protection from disclosure under section 8(1)(j) and 11 of the RTI Act, 2005 and therefore, cannot be provided.  It is also informed that third party has made a submission in writing that information being his personal information, should not be provided to the applicant.

  • पब्लिक प्रोक्योरमेंट  पँलिसी के तहत क्या आप सूक्ष्म लघु एवं मध्यम उधम द्वारा उत्पादित या प्रदत्त उत्पादों या सेवाओं की कुल वार्षिक खरीदों की न्यूनतम 20 प्रतिशत की खरीदारी कर रहे है।
  • यदि सूक्ष्म लघु एवं मध्यम उधम द्वारा उत्पादित या प्रदत्त उत्पादों या सेवाओं की कुल             वार्षिक खरीदों की न्यूनतम 20 प्रतिशत की खरीदारी नहीं कर रहे है तो क्यों? स्पष्ट करें ।

 इंजिनियरिंग विभाग ने बताया है कि वर्ष 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14 मे किसी भी सुक्ष्म, लधु, मध्यम उधमी  à¤¦à¥à¤µà¤¾à¤°à¤¾ निविदा नही डाली गई है. किसी भी निविदा को ओपेन टेंडर द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जिसमें कोई भी निविदा डाल सकता है । भण्डार विभाग ने बताया है कि (स्टेशनरी,  वर्दी एवं केंद्रीय वेयर हाऊस) विशेष रूप से सुक्ष्म, लधु एवंं मध्यम उधमी पार्टियों/अनुसूचित जाति/ जनजाति के सुक्ष्म, लधु एवं मध्यम उधमियों से खरीदी की जाती है एवं वर्ष के दौरान कुछ मामलों में वार्षिक खरीद का लगभग 20 प्रतिशत या कभी-कभी उससे कम खरीद की गयी। तथापि यह भी पाया गया कि वर्ष  2013-14 के दौरान भण्डार विभाग ने सुक्ष्म, लधु एवं मध्यम उधमियों से 20 प्रतिशत से आधिक की खरीदारी की थी । भण्डार प्रभाग ने यह भी सूचित किया है कि वह मुख्यत:  केंद्रीय या राज्यों के बहु  निगम स्टोरों/राज्य संचालित इम्पोरियमों  एवं सुक्ष्म, लधु एवं मध्यम उधमी पार्टीयों एवं पंजीकृत निजी उधमियों से टेंडर के माध्यम से सामानों एवं सेवाओं की खरीद की जाती है जो हमारे टेंडरों का जवाब देते हैं उनसे सफल बोलीकर्ताओं को चाहे वह जो भी हो, उन्हें ही यह कार्य करने की अनुमति दी जाती है । वर्ष 2011-12, 2012-13 एवं 2013-14 के दौरान कम्पनी का नाम, खरीदी गई मदें, सुक्ष्म, लधु एवं मध्यम उधमी/भण्डार प्रभाग से खरीदी गई वस्तुओं का विवरण  (1 पेज) संलग्न है ।

डिज्राइन एवं डिस्प्ले विभाग ने बताया है  कि गिफ्ट आइटमों की सीधी खरीद केवल सरकारी निकायों (इम्पोरियम, एच एच ई सी) से की जाती है । पिछ्ले तीन साल की खरीदारी का ब्यौरा (4 पेज) संलग्न हैं।

List (31 pages) of fairs/ exhibitions organized  by ITPO/ Third party for the period, can be obtained from P.I. Cell, ITPO, New Delhi.
 
3.    Also furnish the information about the electrical (light fittings, ducts etc.) and civil work performed by the participants of the fair or function from January 2010 to December 2013. Your query is not clear.  However, it is informed that CPWD is a working agency and most of the work is being done by CPWD in Pragati Maidan.
4.    Kindly furnish the tender awarded in the period mentioned below for maintenance  or new work for electrical, fire, A.C., or any other cable work or electrical related work either through ITPO or any other department.
