In this context, this is to inform that the information regarding point (ii) and (iii) in respect of India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi may be treated as ‘NIL.’ 
2. ITPO/RTI/06/02/2015 Shri G. Paul, New Delhi “Current office and residential address of : Shri Chander Parkash S/o Shri Tika Ram, Emp. No. 01024 Last Posted as : Attendant at Nehru Mandal, Gate no. 3, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110 003.” In this context, this is to inform that the residential address, being personal information of an individual, disclosure of which has no relationship to any public activity or interest, which would cause unwarranted invasion of privacy of the individual, qualifies for protection from disclosure u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005, hence, cannot be provided. However, Mr. Chandan Parkash, Emp.No.01024 is no more on the role of ITPO; hence, no official address.
3. ITPO/RTI/06/03/2015 श्री मनीष कुमार नई दिल्ली
  1. मेरे पिताजी श्रीमान लेखराज आई.टी.पी.ओ. में पेंटर के पद पर कार्यरत थे । परंतु उन्हें शारीरिक रूप से अस्वस्थ रहने के कारण वी.आर.एस. देकर 12.02.2013 को रिटायर्ड कर दिया गया । परंतु मान्यवर हमें इस बात का भय दिखाकर रिटायरमेंट लेने को विवश किया गया था कि यदि हम उस समय वी.आर.एस. नहीं लेंगे तो हमारे पिताजी को अगले माह सी.आर.एस. देकर निकाल दिया जायेगा तथा कोई भी लाभ नहीं दिया जाएगा ।
अत: मान्यवर हम यह जानना चहते हैं कि उच्च अधिकारियों द्वारा की गई कार्यवाही उचित थी या अनुचित थी ।		 आपने स्पष्टीकरण मांगा है, जो आर टी आई अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 2(एफ) में दी गई परिभाषा  “सूचना” के अंतर्गत नहीं आता है । तथापि यह बताया गया है कि श्री लेख राज, एक्स पैंटर, कर्मचारी स.1134 को उनके द्वारा भरे गए स्वैचिछ्क सेवा निवृति के प्रार्थना पत्र दिनांक 12.12.2012 पर उनके विभागाध्यक्ष महाप्रबन्धक (सिविल) द्वारा उन्हें स्वैचिछ्क सेवा निवृति देने की संस्तुति प्रदान की गई है तथा उसके उपरांत स्थापना-। (पालिसी डैस्क) द्वारा प्रस्तुत नोट के अनुसार अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंधक निदेशक महोदया कि स्वीकृति के बाद ही श्री लेख राज को दिनांक 31.1.2013 को आई टी पी ओ की सेवाओं से सेवांनिवृति किया गया था1
4. ITPO/RTI/06/04/2015 Shri R.P. Sharma, New Delhi Thanks for the information released on “Details of Deficit Incurred on Overseas Events during the year 2009-10 to 2013-2014”, inter-alia, under the cover of ITPO’s letter ref. ITPO/RTI/04/02/2015 dated 15th/May/2015, a copy of which is enclosed for ready reference. Kindly provide following further information:
  1. Whether the deficit amount shown to the fairs in the names of officials/officers as per detail given below, has been recovered or still outstanding or written off.

Reply: The amount of loss shown is considered as loss of the event; hence not booked as recoverable from the Fair officers.
    2. Provide copies of all guidelines, issued so far effecting recoveries from the employees handling the projects. Photocopy(2 page) of Circular dated 14.7.2009, may be obtained from Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001, by depositing Rs.4/- towards photocopying charges of 2 page @ Rs.2/- per page.
5. ITPO/RTI/06/05/2015 Shri Banarasi Ram Delhi Please provide certified copies as per details given below against re-appointment of Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia to the post of Sr. Manager in February 2015: Scrutiny Report of issuing competent authority of cast of Scheduled Tribe Certificate, Nagpur. Photocopy(9 page) of order dated 30.03.2013 issued by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, can be obtained from Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Legal opinion obtained from the Legal Authority along with issues referred to Legal Authority for obtaining to issue appointment to Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia to the post of Senior Manager. Photocopy(6 page) of Legal Opinion dated 11.03.2015 obtained from Shri Ravi Sikri, Sr. Advocate through M/s Sikri & Co, can be obtained from RTI Cell, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Shri V.K. L. Chaurasia, has got protection of service or protection to the post of Sr. Manager. Please clarify the position. The Hon’ble High Court  of Bombay, Nagpur Bench, has pronounced the order on 16.02.2015- “In this situation, the said order dated 13.03.2014 is quashed and set aside.  The respondent no.2 /employer shall reinstate the petitioner back in service with continuity, but without any backwages, within a period of one month from today”.
6. ITPO/RTI/06/06/2015 श्रीमति सहनाज जनपद – हरिद्वार यह कि आई.टी. पी. ओ. द्वारा आयोजित इंटर्नैशानल 34वां मेला दिनांक 14.11.2014 से दिनांक 27.11.2014 तक प्रगति मैदान में लगाया गया था उसमे एक व्यक्ति जिसका नाम आसिफ कादरी है किस विभाग में कार्यरत है उसका पूर्ण विवरण व आफिस का पता दिलवाया जाये । इस बारे में आपको सूचित किया जाता है कि उपलब्ध रिकार्ड के अनुसार आसिफ कादरी नाम का कोई भी कर्मचारी इंडिया ट्रेड प्रमोशन आर्गेनाईजेशन (आई टी पी ओ) में कार्यरत नही है ।
7. ITPO/RTI/06/07/2015 Shri Jayanta Das New Delhi
  1. Whether Mrs. Meenakshi Singh’s IRS 1994 batch presently appointed as Officer on Special Duty, ITPO extension beyond 8.7.2013 has been approved by Ministry of Commerce & Industry?
If yes, under which rule as per DOPT guidelines have been done? Is it true that as per recent direction from Hon’ble PM’s office, no extension granted beyond 3 years or more?		 Extension beyond 08.07.2013 has been approved by Board of Director. Her cadre controlling authority i.e. CBDT has already conveyed its clearance for extension of deputation upto 31.07.2016. ITPO being Public Sector Enterprise is governed by Department of Public Enterprises.(DPE). The borrowing Department may extend the period of deputation for fifth year.
  1. Her tenure which was initially for 13 months w.e.f. 8.6.2012 has been extended upto 31.07.2016 which means for a total period of 4 years + which is contradictory to what has been prescribed under law and directives of PM office.
   
  1. What are special circumstances under which her case has been considered in the recent Board Meeting held on 27th May, 2015 at ITPO which was attended by AS&FA, MOC, JS, DOC; Chairman, ITPO. A copy of the minutes may be provided.
 There was no urgency in the matter. Other issues are being looked into and same will be placed before full Board.  Photocopy(3 page) of the Agenda & Minutes, can be obtained from Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001, by depositing Rs.6/- towards photocopying charges of 3 pages @ Rs.2/- per page..
8. ITPO/RTI/06/08/2015 Ms. Dipjyoti Konwar, New Delhi

9. ITPO/RTI/06/09/2015 Shri Ashok Gupta, Delhi Kindly provide me the detail information regarding as to how much space was available for conducting the Fair name as AHHAR, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and how much space was allotted to the applicant for the same in the year 2013, 2014 and 2015. It has been conveyed by the Division concerned that, as per the information available, the space available for conducting Aahar Fair at Pragati Maidan was as under:

Kindly provide me date-wise detail information regarding as to when the parties had applied for the space, when they were allotted the space further when they made the advance payment of the same. In addition, space was also allotted to the following: Association of Resource Companies for the Hospitality Industry of India (ARCHI), Hotel and Restaurant Equipment Manufacturer’s Association of India (HOTREMAI), Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI), All India Food Processors’ Association (AIFPA), Food & Hospitality Support Association of India (FHSAI), Government Departments and Foreign participants.
Kindly provide me date-wise the detail information regarding as what was the basis of allotting the space of the applicant. The allotment was made on first come first served basis
Kindly provide me the detail information as to when those applicants which were not allotted the space and the reasons in this regard for not allotting the space.  Kindly provide Name and full address also. The copy of the documents in support of the reply may also be provided to the applicant and the applicant is ready to pay the requisite fee. Detail list (6 pages) of participants who could not be allotted space, as the options opted by them for allocation of space were not available, can be obtained from RTI Cell, ITPO, New Delhi.
