In this context, this is to inform you that Ministry of Commerce & Industry is the primary source for information on international trade of India.  ITPO’s trade portal www.tradeportalofindia.org provides links to DOC website for international trade related information on India.
5. ITPO/PIC/01/05/2014 Shri Rajesh Yadav, New Delhi 1.    Name-wise & designation-wise details of OBC/SC/ST/Minority & General category officers/staffs working with Hon’ble Minister &   Secretary/Joint Secretaries, Government of India as on date. The information is not available with India Trade Promotion Organisation.

There are three non-official part time Board of Directors nominated by Govt. of India.  However, none of them belongs to OBC/ SC/ ST Minority/ Women / Physically handicapped as on date

Copy(4 page)  of Terms & conditions of appointment of  CMD(Mrs. Rita Menon) can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, by depositing Rs.8/- towards photocopying charges of 4 page @ Rs.2/- per page..  However, the terms & conditions of appointment of Shri Malay Shrivastava, Executive Director, ITPO is still awaited from Dept. of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.

11. ITPO/PIC/01/11/2014 Shri Ravi Kumar, Delhi 1.      What is the reason for delay in conducting the recruitment process and details thereof, if procedural lacunae. Your query is not specific, as you have  not mentioned the post.  However, selection process for recruitment of Deputy Managers has been initiated and the written test will be conducted on 09.2.2014 and 10.2.2014 by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Hence, there is no delay.
2.      What is the reason for self conducting any written test when plethora of agencies conduct annual/biannual tests to determine cognitive abilities. ITPO is not conducting the test on its own.  The written test is being conducted by IIFT which is under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
3.      Is there anything special that ITPO desires to determine in candidates and if yes whether the same can be determined in interview after accepting merit scores from professional bodies like IBPS, MAT, CAT, UPSC,UGC-NET etc. The selection process for the post will consist of following two stages: i.Objective type test comprising questions on General English, Mathematics (12th standard) & General Knowledge and ii.Interview to the candidates who will clear the written test; will be conducted by selection Board consisting members of ITPO and IIFT.

12 ITPO/PIC/01/12/2014 श्री संतोष चंद, दिल्ली 
  • प्रगती मैदान मेँ 14.11.2013 से 27.11.2013 तक व्यापार मेला मेँ जो स्टाफ आई टी पी ओ के सुरक्षा स्टाफ व अन्य दिल्ली पुलिस के जवान सी. आर. पी. एफ. के जवानोँ  को रूपये 50/- का कूपन सभी स्टाफ को दिया गया । रोज, लेकिन 160 जवान भूतपूर्व सैनिक भी ईमानदारी, वफादारी से ड्यूटी की है। जो कि  आपके पास परमानेंट डयूटी करते  है ।  क्या इन जवानोँ ने चाय पानी नहीं पिया, फौजियों ने गेटोँ पर अच्छी डयूटी की है । इनके साथ आई. टी. पी. ओ., प्रगति मैदान की मैनेजमेंट ने भेदभाव  क्यों रखा, क्या दिल्ली पुलिस व सी. आर. पी. एफ. ने प्रगति  मैदान में स्पेशल डयूटी की है । इसकी जानकारी दें ।
रिफ्रेश्मेंट कूपन दिल्ली पुलिस अर्ध सेनिक बल और भारतीय सेना इत्यादि के  कर्मचारियों को 50 रु. प्रतिदिन  प्रति कर्मचारी को दिये ग्ए जिन की मेले मैं ड्युटी लगी हुई थी । भूतपूर्व कर्मचारी चुनिंदा/अनुमोदित एजेंसियो के माध्यम से ड्युटी लगाये गये थे, इस लिये रिफ्रेश्मेंट कूपन प्राप्त करने के पात्र नही है ।
  • मेले के दौरान सी. आर. पी. एफ. के जवान पोरटोकाल की गाडीबंदी मेँ चलाई क्या देश मेँ अमरजेंसी लगा रखी थी, जिसके कारण आई. टी. पी. ओ. के पास गाडी है । लेकिन उसवर नहीं हैं । अतः सैनिक बल किसी भी महकमें की गाडी इस वक्त ही चला सकता है । सिर्फ आपातकालीन मेँ अगर मेले में कोई दुर्घटना हो जाता, क्या प्रगति मैदान की मैनेजमेंट जिम्मेवार होती ।
आई आई टी एफ 2013 के दौरान, सी आर पी एफ चालकों ने आई टी पी ओ के वी आई पी सटिल्र्रो को सुरक्षा कारणो से   चलाया था ।
  • डी. आई. जी. श्री विक्रम सहगल व कमांडेट आर. एस. शेखावत साहब ने सी. आर. पी. एफ. की वर्दी पहन कर मेले में थे, क्या आई. टी. पी. ओ. के जिन सुरक्षा की तरफ से थे पर सी. आर. पी. एफ की तरफ से कंट्रोल कमाड के लिए सी. आर. पी. एफ के लिये पहन रखी थी, आन डेपूटैशन पर दोनों अधिकारी सी. आर. पी. एफ की वर्दी नहीं पहन सकते क्यों की वेतन प्रगति मैदान देता है । ऐसा क्यों जानकारी दें ।
श्री विक्रम सह्गल, डी आई जी ओर श्री आर एस शेखावत, कमाडेंट दोनो आई टी पी ओ मैं प्रतिनियुक्ति पर हैं त्तथा उनको फोर्स की वर्दी  पहनने से  मना नही किया जा सकता है । प्रभावाशाली ढ्ग से भीड को नियंत्रण करने ओर कानून व्यवस्था बनाये रखने के लिये सभी बडी प्रदर्शनियों/ मेलों के दौरान वर्दी पहनते है तथा प्रतिनियुक्ति पर वर्दी पहनने पर कोई प्रतिबंध नही है और इससे किसी प्रकार का उलंघन नही होता है।
  • प्रगति मैदान जो सफेदी करने का   ठेका दिया गया था, क्या ठेकेदार को हालों पर व बाकी सभी जगह पर सही मरम्त करके ये सफेदी की है। हाल न. 17‌‌‌‌‌‌‌-19 हंस धुन्नी सभी हालों पर सफेदी के नाम पर पाली घुमा दिया क्या प्रगति मैदान के अधिकारियों ने चेक किया है । ठीक है।
फिनिशिंग का काम एक कोट मैं किया गया है जो कि हमारी आइट्म मे लिया गया था। मरम्मत का काम ठीक से किया गया है।
  • सुरक्षा बेरी टेक पर पीला रंग किया है । क्या वो ठीक किया है । अगर पानी से साफ करते तो ज्यादा चमक आती इससे प्रातीत  होता है कि ठेका देने वाले अधिकारी ने प्रगति मैदान के सम्बंध का दुरप्रयोग किया है । ठेकेदार से साठ गांठ है । 
बेरीकेटिग के उपर एक कोट पीले रंग में किया गया है । (आइट्म के अनुसार)।
  • सफेदी करने का व बेरी गेटों का कुल कितने रूपयों का ठेका दिया,सफेदी का कितने रूपयों का बेरीकेट  सुरक्षा पीले रंग का कितने रूपये का व मैन गेटों का व पाईप पर सफेद रंग का कितने रूपयों का कुल कितने रूपयों का ठेका दिया गया है ।
किसी भी गेट का अलग अलग ठेका नही दिया गया है. |  अक्तुबर 2013 से मार्च 2015 तक डेड वर्षों का कुल  34 लाख़ रुपये का है।
  • प्रगति मैदान में जो सिक्योरिटी भूतपूर्व सेनिकों की है, भूटानी सिक्योरिटी 2 रिगिलास सिक्योरिटी कम्पनी व एजेंसी मालिक समय पर तनखा नहीं देते । नवम्बर माह का वेतन 18.12.13 को दिया है । पूछताछ करने पर एजेंसी के अधिकारी कहते है । हम क्या करें प्रगति मैदान से रूपया नहीं मिला बिल पास नहीं किया है । ऐसा क्यों प्रगति मैदान के कर्मचारियों  को पहली तारीख तक तनखा मिल जाती है। फौजियों को 7 तारीख तक तनखा मिल जानी चाहिये ।  
जैसा कि एजेंसी ने सूचना दी है कि सुरक्षा गार्डों को हर महीने वेतन का भुगतान सामान्यरूप से 7 से 10 तरीख तक कर दिया जाता है । नवम्बर 2013 का भुगतान भूतपूर्व कर्मचारी गार्डों को आई आई टी एफ के कारण देर से किया गया । तथापि दिसम्बर 2013 का भुगतान समय पर किया गया । भूतपूर्व कर्मचारी गार्डों को वेतन के भुगतान का उत्तरदयित्व उनको काम पर रखने वाली एजेंसी का है । यह एजेंसी प्रतिमाह  वेतन भुगतान की तिथि तय करती है ।
  • प्रगति मैदान की भूतपूर्व सैनिकों की सिक्योरिटी गार्डो की एजेंसी मालिक ने आई कार्ड नहीं बनाकर दिये, ई.एस. आई. होस्पिटल के रूपये काटता है । ई.एस. आई.  कार्ड बना कर नहीं दिये, वर्दी भी एक ही दी है । जूते जुराब अभी तक नहीं मिले हैं ।
जैसा एजेंसियों ने बताया है कि ई. एस आई कोड नम्बर सभी सुरक्षा गार्डों को जारी किये गये थे तथा स्थाई ई एस आई कार्ड जारी करनेके लिये प्रत्येक सुरक्षा  गार्ड को अलग अलग व्यक्तिगत रूप से ई एस आई कार्यालय जा कर कुछ औपचारिकताएं पूरी करनी थी । यदि एजेंसी ई एस आई कार्ड जारी करने में असफल हो गई हो, तभी कार्यवाही शुरू की जा सकती है । जब कम्पनी का विशेष रूप से असफल होने का उल्लेख किया गया हो । जहां तक जूतों, जुराबों और यूनिफार्म की बात है, अधिकांश गार्डों को पूरी किट दी गयी थी । जैसा कि एजेंसी ने बताया है, शेष गार्डों को भी यूनिफार्म  आदि के अतिरिक्त सेट दिये जा रहें हैं ।
डी. जी. आई. की गाईडलाईन के अनुसार महीने से सुरक्षा गार्ड को 4 रेस्ट मिलने चाहिये, लेकिन आई. टी. पी. ओ. के अधिकारियों की अनदेखी के कारण एजेंसी मालिक 4 रेस्ट के रूपया खा जाता क्या गार्ड को वीकली रेस्ट  नहीं मिलना चहिये, आई. टी. पी. ओ. के सुरक्षा अधिकारी की कोई जिम्मेवारी नहीं है, जो टेंडर के अनुसार पेमेंट करता है या नहीं । आवेदक ने स्पष्टीकरण/औचित्य मांगा है, जो आर टी आई अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 2(एफ) में दी गई परिभाषा के अंतर्गत नहीं आता है । तथापि जैसा नियोक्ता एजेंसी ने बताया है, भूतपूर्व सैनिक  गार्डों को भुगतान 26/27 कार्यदिवसों के लिए मासिक रूप से डी जी आर दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार किया जा रहा है तथा वीकली आफ/छुट्टियों को काम करने वाले गार्डों को रिलीविंग चार्ज का भुगतान किया जा रहा है।

Srihan, Jr. Steno joined on 1.3.77 Inspection of Ex-TDA Policy/Recruitment/Creation of post file vide ref No. ITPO/PIC/01/01/2014. Photocopy of Last Pay Certificate of Shri A.K.Srihan, Jr. Steno can be obtained from Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by depositing Rs.2/- towards photocopying charges of 1 page @ Rs.2/- per page.  However, there is no such record available pertaining to LPC of Mrs. Mahesh, Hindi Translator. You may inspect the available Service Bye Laws (as amended upto 18.5.1983) which contains posts position and Rules and Regulations on 18.2.2014 at 3.30 p.m.  Shri C.P. Maithani, Executive has been nominated to arrange inspection of relevant papers. The inspection will be conducted  in Public Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi – 110 001.
