Subject:   Hiring of Car (A.C and Non A.C)  for 5^th East Himalayan Expo, Siliguri, West Bengal  October 25^th – 31^st, October 2013.

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation at Vanijay Bhawan, 1/1 Wood Street, 5^th Floor, Kolkata – 700 016 invites sealed quotation for hiring of car for 5^th East Himalayan Expo at Siliguri, West Bengal.

The 5^th East Himalayan Expo will be held during October 25^th – 31^st October at Railway Ground (on Burdwan Road), Siliguri, West Bengal. Official cars are required to be hired for various works.

Number of cars required : Maximum 04 Nos.

Type of car : Maruti van/Indica  , Indigo , Tavera /Qualis , Innova

Rates of AC and Non AC both mentioning Kms and hours should be submitted.

Last date of submission of quotation : Quotation on your letter head duly signed and stamped may be submitted on or before 19/09/2013 at 1.30 p.m in lac sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope to the following address.
