 Tender for the work of : Setting up of Fire Fighting Equipments  and provides operators  on hire basis for 19^th  International Leather Goods Fair ( ILGF ), 27^th – 29^th March  2014, and  20^th    International Leather Goods Fair in the Year 2015 at Milan  Mela Complex, Kolkata.

The   Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation, Vanijay Bhawan,  1/1 Wood Street, Kolkata 700 016 invites sealed quotation for Fire Fighting Equipments and operators ( on hire basis ) for deployment during the above fair. 

The fair will have leather and leather related products and  machineries on display.

Installation of Fire Fighting Equipments are required as per West Bengal Fire Service Act inside the Exhibition Complex.

Minimum Number of Fire Fighting Equipments required : Fifty Nos. portable type Fire Extinguisher on hire basis.

Minimum Number of fire operators : two nos for three days

The rates may be quoted excluding service tax.

Experience : Working in Trade Fair.

Last date for submission of quotation :  Quotation in company’s  letter head duly signed and stamped by authorised signatory may be sent on or before 10/01/2014 by  11.00 pm in  sealed cover specifying name of the job on top of the envelope at  the following address:
