Subject: Empanelment of Pathological Labs and Diagnostic Centre.

        India Trade Promotion Organisation is a premier trade promotion body under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce, Government of India with its Head office at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi and Regional offices at Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai.

        ITPO has staff strength of 924 employees as per details given below:

        ITPO invites applications for the empanelment of Pathological Labs and Diagnostic Centres at different locations of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

CRITERIA FOR EMPANELMENT

 Pathological Lab

1.        The centre should have the qualified doctors in respective field i.e. MD/DNB (path), MD/DNB (Microbiology).

2.        The centre should be equipped with instruments/machines updated to conduct routine blood biochemistry, microbiology and routine stool and urine examinations.

3.        They should have facility for conducting special investigations like hormonal essay by latest techniques and also the immunological test whenever called for.

4.        Routine microbiological investigation like culture sensitivity and preferably special investigation like PCR facility may be available

Radiological centre 

1-        The centre should have qualified doctors in respective fields i.e. MD/DNB (radio).

2-         The centre should have modern machines to conduct routine x-ray, USG, Color Doppler study, Barium study and IVP.

3-        They should be equipped with facility of CT-Scan, MRI, EEG, EMG, NCV, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine Investigation

Other conditions:

1-        The Pathology Lab/ Diagnostic Centre should have registration with State/Local Health authority.

2-        They should have PAN Number.

3-        They should have facility for computerized billing and reporting.

4-        Home based collection facility may be an advantage.

Charges: As per CGHS rates applicable from time to time or separate bid for various examinations may be provided.
