Short Notice Inviting Quotations

 

Sealed quotations are invited by the  Manager(Elect.) ITPO  for  the following  items on item rate  basis on behalf  of CMD  ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe II Bldg.,  Pragati Bhawan,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from the  specialized agencies dealing in filed of  CCTV network system on hire basis.  So as  to reach the office of the  undersigned  on or before 7.11.2014 by 3.00 PM.  The quotations shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

Name of work:- Providing CCTV network system on hire basis in Hall No.1 and Hangers during IITF-2014 at  Pragati Maidan,        New Delhi (13.11.2014 to 27.11.2014).

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.   The work shall carried out as per specifications .

2.   No cartage on account on work shall be paid by ITPO.

3.   The recording shall be provided by agency nothing extra shall be paid in this account.

4.   Service tax shall be quoted extra.

5.   The agency shall submit the self attested copy of PAN No., service tax no.  and satisfactory completion certificate of the work done which will be either 3 works of Rs.1,60,000/- approx. or  two works of Rs.2,50,000/- or one work of Rs.4,50,000/- done with govt. department with in last 7 years from 31.10.2014 in the field of hiring CCTV network system.

6.   The operators shall be provided by the agency during the day time and the recording shall be 24 hrs.for  15 days complete .

7.    The agency shall  provide the hard disc of the complete event from 13.11.2014 to 27.11.2014 and nothing extra shall be paid.
