Disposal of old unserviceable items

Dear Sir,

India Trade Promotion Organisation, a Govt. of India Enterprise, having its office at Jhansi Castle, 3rd Floor, 7, Cooperage Road, Mumbai – 400001, invites sealed quotations for sale of old/ unserviceable items in a lot comprising of table, chair, computers, typewriters, A.Cs., etc. on as is where is basis. The list of items is attached.

The lot may be inspected during any working days between 11.00 AM and 5.00 PM. Rates may be quoted for the entire lot on lumpsum basis.

We request you to please submit your sealed quotations in the enclosed format along with 25% of the bid amount in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favour of India Trade Promotion Organisation payable at Mumbai. Your sealed bid with D.D./ Pay order must reach this office on or before 30th May, 2013 by 3.30 PM. The offers will be open on the same day at 4.30 PM.
