Dear Sir

This is in continuation of earlier letter dated 29-10-2014 regarding deposit of performance guarantee money for the above work.  It is to inform  that your performance guarantee   money  of Rs.9,800/-  has  been  received  with  ITPO   vide   DD No.033100 dated 03.11.2014  issued by HDFC Bank ,New Delhi.

You are requested to Supply the items as per list enclosed in consultation with the undersigned of this office.  The contract is running for six months and the date of start shall be reckoned from 05/11/2014 and for individual supply order of the items, a separate letter shall be issued as per requirement.

You are further requested to attend the office of the undersigned along with stamp paper of Rs.50/- for signing the formal agreement with in 7days.
