TENDER NOTICE

The Manager (Kolkata), India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), at Vanijay Bhawan,  1/1  Wood Street, Kolkata – 700 016 invite offers/bids on licence fee basis at an estimated cost of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) + Service Tax for the operation of Restaurant during 20th India International Leather  Fair to be held at Milan Mela Complex, Kolkata March 13 – 15, 2015 as per terms and conditions indicated in the tender document.

Space will be provided to the Restaurant. The Restaurateur will pay actual electricity and water charges at ITPO’s approved rates and also furnish their area in addition to the licensee fee.

The offers will be opened on the same day i.e. 20th February 2015 at 12.30 P.M.

Terms & Conditions:

In the hot and cold beverages, only tea, coffee, soft drinks, packaged fruit juices, bottled mineral water etc. shall be allowed to be sold. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. All ready to eat food items, sandwiches and other fast food items etc. should be prepared and packed in hygienic manner.

Fire norms should be followed by the licensee.

Space will be provided and the licensee shall have to arrange for sufficient number of tables, chairs etc. at their won cost and risk.

Electricity connection will be provided. The electricity connection given shall only be used for dispensing machines, electric oven and lighting etc. of the Restaurant and no other commercial purpose. Electricity charges as per ITPO rates shall be payable.

The company shall be responsible for the waste disposal and proper hygienic conditions in and around restaurant. Eco-friendly disposal materials shall only be allowed to be used.
