Notice Inviting Quotations

Sealed quotations are invited by the  Manager(Elect.) ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe-II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan,  Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf  of CMD  ITPO for Annual Maintenance contract  of Automatic Sliding door from the specialize  agencies/contractors,  so as  to reach the Office of the  undersigned  on or before 14.4.2015 by 3.00 PM which will  be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the  tenderer  or their authorized representatives by the  undersigned.

(Rates   should be quoted exclusive of service tax)

Name of Work: Annual Maintenance Contract of Automatic Sliding door in  protocol room at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi during 2015-16

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This   Quotation  is valid  for  one year of the said work .

1.The  agency  shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.

2.The work is to be carried out as per instructions  of Engineer-in-charge.

3.The rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and no extra shall be paid in this account.

4.The agency  shall attach the copy of PAN No., Service tax registration No. etc.as required along with the quotation.
