Notice Inviting Quotations

Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) Engineering Division,  Room No. 147, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for  Procurement of 15-20 Watt LED tube lights  on item rate basis  from the manufactures/authorize dealers subject to submission of dealership letter in original so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 21.06.2013 by 3.00 PM. The sealed quotations shall be opened by him or his authorized representative  on the same day at 3.30 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.

Terms and condition:-

The agency should  supply the material within 15 days. 
The  agency  shall produce the  PAN, TIN & service tax registration  copies  along with   quotation. 
Nothing on account of cartage shall be paid extra. 
No advance payment shall be made.
