ENQUIRY

Subject: Procurement of Luminax, Microtek, APC, Sukam Inverter / UPS of 1.5Kw               with 2 Nos. of Exide Inva Tubular Battery 12V/110AH (1 no. for ITPO, Chennai and 1 no. for ITPO, Bangalore)

India Trade Promotion Organisation invites sealed quotations for the following items :

1. U.P.S. / Inverter (Luminax, Microtek, APC, Sukam Brand– 1.5 Kw + 2 Nos. Inverter Inva Tubular Battery Exide 12V / 110AH
2. The supply and the installation will be at the above premises including the minimum period of 36 months warranty.

The sealed quotations along with letter of undertaking as per following item 2 (ii) & (iii) are invited from manufacturers/their distributors/dealers, Govt. Co-operative Stores/Govt. Agencies/MSEs including MSEs owned by SC/ST entrepreneurs. Procurement from the MSEs including MSEs owned by SC/ST entrepreneurs will be made as per guidelines and directions issued by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi.

2.   Firms, who fulfill the following criteria should apply: i) The firm should have at least three years of experience of supplying the items in Government Ministries/Department, for the item above. ii) The turnover of the firm should be at least 14 (fourteen) lakhs per annum during the last three financial years for the items mentioned. iii) The firm should not have been blacklisted by any Ministry/Department/ of the Government of India or ITPO and an undertaking along with the quotation may be provided iv) The clause no. 2(i) and 2(ii) related to three years experience and turnover will not be applicable on Govt. Cooperative Stores/Govt. Agencies/MSEs including MSEs owned by SC/ST.

3. Sealed quotations, duly subscribed "Quotation for U.P.S. / Inverter" addressed to the undersigned may be sent in sealed cover and be deposited at INDIA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION, Regional Office – Chennai, Raja Annamalai Building, 2nd Floor, 72, Rukmani Lakshmipathi Road, Egmore, Chennai-600008, latest by July 12, 2013 at 3.00 pm. Quotations received after stipulated date & time shall not be entertained. The quotations will be opened on the same date at 3.30 pm in the above office, in the presence of the interested tenderers or their representatives who may like to be present.
