TENDER NOTICE

REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE  INTERNAL TELEPHONE CABLING ETC

Siemens EPABX  system number Hicom 330-E is installed at  India Trade Promotion organization Pragati Bhawan,and is functioning since 1997-1998 , having following configuration   

a)        Analog Extension :         288 Nos. 
b)        Digital Extension :          24 Nos. 
c)        Trunk                          42 Nos. 
d)        Operator Console:          02 Nos. 

Sealed bids are invited from reputed agencies for  replacement of defective cables, MDF Boxes, Crones etc. as per the approx. quantity indicated below..  The rates may be quoted in the following format:-

11.Any other charges

Note:-

1. Deviation in any of the schedule items will be carried out on the basis of the quoted /approved rates.  Nothing additional rate will be applicable for any item. 


2. After completion of the job the approved agency has to ensure that all the  Analog & Digital extension of our office are in working condition 

The scope of work and  terms  & conditions of the  contract are enclosed as  Annexure I  & II respectively with this letter  for your information.  Before submitting the quotations for the above jobs , parties may visit and inspect the present EPABX, Internal cabling, Internal Phones functioning in Admn.Block and Annexe Builiding, of our office on any working day between 10,00AM to 5.00 PM. 

Sealed bids for the above items including labour charges alongwith earnest money of Rs.5000/- (Interest free) by depositing cash in ITPO office /demand draft favouring “India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi”  are to be submitted  latest by 3.00 P.M. on 23.7.2013 to the undersigned, which will be opened on the same day at 4.00 P.M.  Interested parties may attend the opening of bids.
