India International Footwear Fair (IIFF), Delhi, will be held from August 05-07, 2016. We invite sponsors/advertisements for the following:

1. Advertisements in ‘Daily Happenings’ newsletter
2. Printing of Visitor Handbook
3. Visitor kit & Press kit
4. Sponsorship of Lanyard
5. Press Bins for publications at registration counters and Foyer of Hall 18 ( for overseas publications only)
6. Networking Cocktail Evening Meet
7. Fashion show

9. Packaged drinking water with sponsor’s logo

Advertisements in ‘Daily Happenings’ newsletter

ITPO will bring out ‘Daily Happenings’ for three days (August 05-07, 2016) which will carry briefs of the fair, programs, visitors’ feedbacks/comments , success stories of IIFF exhibitors. Around 2,000 copies will be printed every day.
Given below is the tariff:

• Front Cover- (Quarter Page): Rs. 25,000/-
• Back Cover- (Full Page): Rs. 30,000/-
• Inside Page (Half) : Rs. 15,000/-
• Inside Page (Quarter) : Rs. 10,000/-
• Service tax will be applicable @ 15%

Printing of Visitor Handbook:

Like last year, a Visitor handbook will be printed which will cover the Hall Layouts and product-wise listing of the companies and fair facilities. Around 6,000 handbooks will be printed. It shall be distributed to buyers at the time of registration.
The tariff is given below:

• Back cover: Rs. 50,000/-
• Inside Page: Rs. 40,000/-
• Service tax will be applicable @ 15%

Visitor kit & Press kit:

Printing of Paper / non woven fabric bags with one side fair branding and reverse side to have sponsors logo. The sponsor will have to arrange the 10,000 bags. The sponsorship for visitor bag can be Rs. 1,00,000/- plus service tax of 15%

Besides this if any company is interested to put some gifts like key chain, pens, scribbling pads etc , the sponsors will have to provide the same along with the sponsorship fees of Rs. 10,000/- plus service tax of 15% for each item which need to be put in the visitors kit.

The press kit includes a bag with fair logo, a writing pad with fair logo, a pen and a corporate gift. The kit will also have a profile of the sponsors. Around 150 press kits will be required. The sponsors will have to pay Rs. 5,000/- plus 15% service tax.

Sponsorship of Lanyard:

Around 20,000 badges for visitors, exhibitors, service providers and organizers would be required for IIFF Delhi. The sponsor would provide lanyards (printed on both sides) with pouch, which will have the name of the fair and ITPO logo followed by the name and logo of the sponsor Size of the badge is 12cm X 9 cm.

The rate for IIFF Delhi 2016 will be Rs. 15,000/- plus service tax @ 15% (for lanyard) in addition to the material supplied by the sponsor. Further for badges the sponsors have to pay extra Rs. 10,000 for their logo on the badges. The printing of the badges will be done by ITPO.

Press Bins for publications at registration counters and Foyer of Hall 18 ( for overseas publications only) :

We will provide press bins to publishers of international leather magazines; each bin will have an area of 1 sq. mtr. Press bins would be placed at registration desks and Foyer of Hall 18. Publishers would be required to publish either a post-fair report ( IILF Chennai/Delhi/Kolkata) in one of their magazines or two pages of advertisement in their magazines( one advertisement in exchange for two press bins and so on).

Each sponsor would be required to forward a copy of the magazines with published reports to ITPO. This opportunity would be available only to print/online publications from abroad.

The sponsor will also have to pay the service tax and TDS.

Networking Cocktail Evening Meet:

Sponsorship is invited for organizing a Networking Cocktail Evening/Meet in ITPO’s Hall 7 lounge. It may be scheduled for either August 05 or 06, 2016. The sponsor’s name & logo would be printed on the invitation card and the banner of sponsor (which will be provided by sponsor) will be placed at the venue. The sponsors will be given a 2-minute time slot to address the audience. The gathering could be planned for around 500 guests. The estimated cost will be around Rs. 4,50,000. A maximum of 3 sponsors with a contribution of Rs. 50,000 each may apply.

Fashion show

ITPO will provide the carpeted area and electricity for fashion show and the sponsors will be responsible for arranging logistic, stage, backdrop, Audio/ visual, screen , special lighting , choreography, models etc

The sponsorship fee for the fashion show is Rs. 3,00,000/-. Plus service tax

Advertisement pyramids for IIFF exhibitors:

Sections for setting up advertisement panels (arranged to form pyramids) would be designated in the foyer areas of Upper and Lower Levels, Hall 18. And on the roads from Gate 7 and gate 01. Around 30-40 brands may be displayed. Each pyramid would have a square base ( one sqm. square) and a height of 3.5 meters. We will charge a flat rate of Rs. 15,000/- plus service tax @ 15%. The construction and setting up of pyramids would be done by the advertiser/ exhibitor.

Packaged drinking water with sponsor’s logo:

We invite sponsors to provide around 5000 mineral water bottles (500 ml) which would have the sponsors’ logos. These bottles may be placed at registration counters & designated lounge areas. Each sponsor would be required to pay Rs. 5,000/- plus service tax @ 15%.
