Public Notice
The following clause has been included in the Terms & Conditions of participations/Rules & Regulations of participation in ITPO’s all domestic events .
“All the exhibitors shall adhere to the provisions made in the Wildlife (Protection) Act 1972 of Govt. of India whereby sale and purchase, receipt or acquisitions of wildlife or derivatives thereof is prohibited. The trade or carrying on the business as a manufacturer or dealer is also prohibited under this Act. As such all the items covered under this Act cannot be exhibited, displayed or sold during the event. The violation of the provisions constitutes an offence under the Act with imprisonment and/or fine”.
