Business Visitor Registration – SOP

For Online Visitor Registration

• Please visit the website of the event
• Please select – Domestic Visitor or Overseas Visitor
• Fill out the visitor registration form
• In case of Overseas Visitor, click on visa recommendation letter required icon, if required.
• Fill in the details required for visa recommendation
• On submission of the form, visitor badge generated with bar code which the visitor is requested to present at the Business Visitor Registration Counter (BVRC)
• The visitor visits the BVRC with the pre- generated badge on paper or on a mobile device. The same is scanned at the counter and tallied with the information received in the online visitor registration.
• Business visitor badge provided.

For on-the Spot Registration

• The Visitor fills in relevant details the Business Visitor Registration form, attaching his Business card and the badge is handed over to the visitor.

The data is complied later with data entry operators inputting the visitors’ details.
