2. Do you hire/empanel advertising agencies for above mentioned job? If yes, then what are the qualifying criteria for the same? Yes. The qualifying criteria are : a) Full accreditation with INS. b) Head office or branch office in Delhi. c) Minimum Billing of Delhi office of Rs.5.00 crore p.a. for last three years. d) Five Years experience of handling Central Ministry/Govt. Depts./PSU accounts.
3. How many advertising agencies do you appoint for the same? At present, there are 10 empanelment advertising agencies.
4. What is the duration of Empanelment? Two years, which can be extended to three years.
5. What is the approximate date for the next Empanelment? By the 1st Week of April, 2016.
6. What are the names of empanelled agencies in the current empanelment? ITPO/RTI/01/02/2016 Dr. Shekhar Iyer Mysore Details- name, address qualification, experience of Independent Directors appointed by each of the Central Public Sector Undertakings (of Government of India) and PSUs of Karnataka Governments – as mandated under the SEBI Guidelines. In this context, this is to inform that no independent Directors were appointed to the Board of KTPO by Govt. of Karnataka.

ITPO/RTI/01/03/2016 Shri Ehtesham Qutubuddin Siddiqui Mumbai Kindly furnish the published copy of all books, Diary & Calender of year 2016 and all other publications published by Ministry of Commerce & Industry and its all subordinate offices in year 2015. This is to inform that India Trade Promotion Organisation(ITPO) does not publish any book, diary or calendar, etc. ITPO only publishes Udyog Vyapar Patrika (Hindi), Fair Guides of various exhibitions organized by ITPO, which are priced publications and can be obtained from the Division/ Department concerned of ITPO, subject to availability, on payment basis.

ITPO/PIC/01/04/2016 Shri Victor Steephen, Nidadavolu, Andhra Pradesh Is there any Orders, OM, GO regarding stepping up of pay between Promotee Senior Vs new recruited (Direct Recruitment) Junior on or after 01.01.2006 in Ministry of Commerce and other sub-offices under control of Ministry of Commerce, Department of Commerce. In this context, this is to inform that India Trade Promotion Organisation does not have any rule for stepping up of Pay. However, ITPO follows Govt. of India rules and guidelines.
