Kindly provide the names, addresses, telephone numbers and quoted and approved tender rates of all the tenderers who participated in the Film Production tender for last three years i.e. 2013, 2014 and 2015. Also provide their payment schedule. Whether selected tenderer was ever given any part payment before the completion of the film. Details (1 page) like names & address, telephone numbers, quoted/ approved tender rates and payment schedule of all tenderers who participated in the Film Production tender for 2013 to 2015 is enclosed.
2. Much before the commencement of the last year fair i.e. IITF 2014 in November 2014, New party was selected and agreement signed for the whole year. However the work of Video Shooting, Film making and Camera Supply was carried out by the earlier year party whose rates were much higher than the new party. This resulted in financial loss to ITPO. Kindly provide the reasons for adopting the practice. It has been conveyed by the Division concerned that during IITF 2014, no video film was prepared. Hence, there is no substance in the information sought.
3. Kindly provide us the names of the financially qualified parties in the Film Production work, who after the opening of the financial bid, agreed to work reduce their rate to the lowest of all (item wise) and the item wise rate finalized. Details (2 pages) are enclosed. .

3. ITPO/RTI/08/03/2015 Shri Banarasi Ram Delhi Advertisement made to the post of Asstt. Manager General Cadre for Reserved Category SC/ST appeared in 1987 in Newspapers/ Employment News. You may obtain copy (1 page) of Advt. from Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Bhavan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by depositing Rs.2/- towards photocopying charges of 1 page @ Rs.2/- per page, if you so desire.
Date of submission of Application by S/Shri Ramesh Chandra and V.K.L. Chaurasia. Date of submission of application in respect of Shri Ramesh Chandra – not traceable. Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia - Date of application (Biodata) is 21.4.87.
Date of Interview held on & date of Joining. Date of Test/ Interview : 16.02.1989. Details of Joining – Shri Ramesh Chandra: 7.8.89; Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia : 25.8.89.
On the receipt Complaint from Complainant – Date of filing complaint with regard to submission of Bogus ST Certificate – against Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia before issuing Authority. Executive Magistrate, Nagpur Vide R.C. No.1138/MRC-81/88-89 dated 8.2.89 Caste mentioned as Nagwansh- Scheduled Tribes. The date of letter issued to the Issuing Authority i.e. Executive Magistrate, Nagpur, is 28.06.2005.
Matter was filed along with affidavit by Respondent No.2 – Shri S.K. Misra, ASG In the High Court of Judicatore at Bombay Nagpur Bench at Nagpur Writ Petition No.2722/2013 – In the matter of V.K.L. Chaurasia – Petitioner Vs Union of India through its Secy – Respondents & others. ITPO has filed an appeal against the order/ judgement of High Court of Bombay, Nagpur Bench in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India hearing No.SLP©/ 14830 of 2015 which has been admitted and notice(s) issued to respondents. As the matter ITPO Vs VKL Chaurasia is subjudice, the information sought cannot be provided as per provision u/s 8(1) (h) of the RTI Act, 2005.
Date of Receipt of the Judgement dated 16.02.2015. Copy of the order dated 16.02.2015 downloaded from High Court of Bombay website on 19.02.2015 and submitted to Competent Authority on 23.02.2015. The copy of the order/ Certified copy of the Judgment dated 16.02.2015 received by ITPO on 09.03.2015.
Date of filing request by Petitioner for implementation against the Judgement dated 16.02.2015 High Court Bench Nagpur. Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia (Petitioner) has filed application dated 02.03.2015 addressed to CMD, ITPO for reinstatement in service as per the judgement dated 16.02.2015.
Indicate the amount paid to Shri Ravi Sikri on account of seeking legal opinion in the matter of Shri V.K.L. Chaurasia vide letter 03.03.2015. ITPO paid an amount of Rs.82,500/- (including 10% clerkage) to Shri Ravi Sikri, Sr. Advocate for seeking his legal opinion.
4. ITPO/RTI/08/04/2015 Shri Banarasi Ram, Delhi Inspection of files as per enclosure vide letter No. (B-29)/TFA/E-III/77 dated 03/09/2014. Please make available the above relevant files as per enclosure dated 03.09.2014." This is to inform you that Shri J.P. Gupta, Executive, Admn. Divn. ITPO, New Delhi, has been nominated to arrange inspection of the said file. You may inspect the same on 3rd September, 2015 at 1530 hrs. The inspection shall be conducted in Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organization, Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi- 110 001. Regarding inspection of documents pertaining to Honorarium of IITF 2002 and Family pension, this is to inform that Shri K.K Misra, Sr. Asstt, Admn. Division, ITPO has been nominated to arrange inspection. You may inspect the relevant documents on Friday, the 11th September 2015 at 3.00 p.m.
5. ITPO/RTI/08/05/2015 Shri Banarasi Ram, Delhi Please provide the certified copy of action taken report against vide letter dated 19th June 2015 & the 24th July 2015 with regard to false LLB Degree submitted by Shri Vijay Kumar and Services of Shri Surender Kumar, Manager (Admn) is required to be terminated respectively – Copy of letter dated the 19th June & 24th July 2015 enclosed. This is to inform that the above said letter was filed with the approval of GM(Admn.)
6. ITPO/RTI/08/06/2015 Shri M. Shiva Kumar, Bangalore Request to provide details of vacant post under RTI Act 2005. 1. Kindly provide sanctioned strength and vacant posts in various Grades in 'B', 'C' and 'D' posts (Gen, & OBC) in the attached/subordinate/regional/branch/ autonomous offices under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) in various offices/cities in all over India. Interim reply: In this context, it has been conveyed by the Division concerned that Rosters are under-compilation. It will take at least 2 months time to finalize. However, as soon as the Rosters are finalized, the details sought shall be provided. Reply: In this context, details (2 page) of sanctioned strength and vacant posts pertaining to Group "B", 'C' and D (Gen & OBC) is enclosed herewith.
2. If the above mentioned posts are not vacant at present, kindly provide the details about the vacancy position of the same in future i.e. through retirement/transfer/promotion of the present incumbents in the above mentioned post.
7. ITPO/RTI/08/07/2015 Shri Ajay Ahuja, ITPO, New Delhi 1. Copy of DP/DR Roster maintained for recruitment to the post of Dy. Manager(GC) from 1.1.1995 to till date. It has been conveyed by the Division concerned that DP/DR Rosters for DM(GC) having 3 feeder channels are under re-casting, will be provided as and when completed and compiled in consultations with Liaison Officer for SC/ST/OBC, as per DOPT orders. 2. Copy of promotion orders to the post of Dy. Manager (GC) from 1.1.2012 onwards. 3. Copy of notings of the file relating to promotion to the post of Dy. Manager (GC) from 1.1.2012 onwards. Photocopy(18 pages) of note sheet of F.No.4(10)EI/2013 & Photocopy(19 pages) note sheets of File No. 4(10)E.I/ 2012, can be obtained from RTI Cell, ITPO, New Delhi. However, File No.4(9)/2011 is under submission in the case of one Ex-TDA officer. Notings will be provided on receipt of it. Reply vide letter dated 19.10.2015 - File is still not received back in the Section.
4. Minutes of the DPCs held for promotion to the post of Dy. Manager (GC) from 1.1.2012 onwards. Photocopies (5 pages) of Minutes of DPC held on 11.09.2013 and photocopies(3 page) of Minutes of DPC held on 23.09.2014 for the post of Dy. Manager in General Cadre, after severing confidential information which are exempt from disclosure by applying Section 10, Clause of severability, under RTI Act 2005, is available with RTI Cell, ITPO, New Delhi. DPC proceedings for 2012 are confidential in nature and contain personal information of other candidates, such as ACR gradings, etc. You are also not one of the aspirants and third party in this case; hence, cannot be provided. 5. Provide details, how many points of DP/DR Roster for the post of DM(GC) have been consumed by Executive (GC), Personal Assistant (GC) and Direct Recruits respectively from 1.1.1995 to till date. 8. ITPO/RTI/08/08/2015 Shri Sachin Kumar, Advocate, Delhi 1. How many trade fair/events are being organized in a financial year at Pragati Maidan? Normally 70-80 Fairs /Events are being organized in a financial year at Pragati Maidan by third party organizers.
2. How many trade fair/event being organized by ITPO itself? 17 Fairs/ events are being organized by ITPO in the current Financial year.
3. What are the required rule/formalities to be fulfill by the organizers? For third party organizers there are prescribed licensing guidelines which are provided to the organizers. These guidelines, terms and conditions are also available on ITPO's website www.indiatradefair.com. There is also a prescribed Application Form for booking of space in Pragati Maidan for holding Fairs/ Exhibitions/ Buyer Sellers Meets etc. Photocopies (06 pages) of above guidelines/application, are available with Right to Information Cell, India Trade Promotion Organisation, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
4. Are the rules and formalities applicable for the all event organized individually ITPO? No.
5. What are the rules/ formalities of the ITPO for conducting/organizing conference/ seminar/fair at Pragati Maidan? There is prescribed application form for booking of Conference Halls/ Auditorium/ Business Lounges etc. at Pragati Maidan for organizing Seminars, Conferences etc. The application form is given to the interested parties for filling up and submission to ITPO with prescribed fee along with other relevant documents. Photocopies (7 page) of Application form/Terms & conditions, are available with RTI Cell, ITPO, New Delhi..
