QUOTATION NOTICE

      Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) India Trade Promotion Organisation, New Delhi on item rate basis from manufacturers/authorised dealers of said firm and others dealer on behalf of the Chairman and Managing Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before    11.9.2013 by 3.00 p.m.   The quotations shall be opened on same day at 3.30 p.m.  in presence of the quotationers or their authorized representative

 Name of Work:- AMC (Comprehensive) for Projectors & replacement of Lamp.

Terms & Conditions

1. The duration of the contract period is one year from the date of issue of award letter/mentioned dates in award letter. 

2.  Comprehensive maintenance includes the costs of all electrical parts (except lamp), electronic parts, fans, glass items & also other items of the projector i.e. VGA cable, Supply cord, Remote Cover etc.  For lamp separate rates are to be quoted against items No.3.

3. The rates offered should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotation and the taxes shall be quoted extra.

4. Payment  will be made quarterly after satisfactory services has been rendered by the contractor and  no advance payment will be made

5. Spares parts used should be genuine and of good quality.

6. The agency will send their engineer once in a month for checking up the equipment.  The rates must include all expenses like transportation   of equipment to &fro in Pragati Maidan.

7.    Breakdowns shall be attended promptly.  In case of a breakdown of the projector,  if the contractor fails to restore it within 24 hours of the intimation of breakdown by ITPO the firm will provide a service projector till its restoration at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account In case of unsatisfactory service the quantum of penalty as imposed by the Engineer Incharge shall be final and binding on the contractor.

8. The quotationers should be linked their PAN no., Service Tax no. etc.

9. ITPO reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.

10. The tenderer will have to accept all the works asked by ITPO and any refusal or delay in implementation would invite termination of contract without any notice

11. In the event of any breach of contract condition.  The contract can be terminated without any notice and without any liability on ITPO.

12. All disputes and difference and questions arising out of this contract whatever shall be referred to the sole arbitration nominated by the Chairman and Managing Director of the ITPO

13. a) The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties to this contract.

     b) The venue of Arbitration proceedings shall be as decided   by the ITPO.

14. The terms & conditions duly signed by the contractor, as a token of acceptance.

15. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the N.C.T of Delhi.
