Notice Inviting Quotations
Sealed quotations are invited by the Manager(Elect.) ITPO Room No. 147, Annexe-II Bldg., Pragati Bhawan, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on behalf of CMD ITPO for Maintenance contract of Automatic Sliding door from the agencies/Contractor, so as to reach the Office of the undersigned on or before 21.4.2014 by 3.00 PM which will be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives by the undersigned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This Quotation is for AMC of work for one year .
1.The agency shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.
2.The work is to be carried out as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
3.The rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and Service Tax may be quoted extra.
4.The agency shall attach the copy of PAN No., Service tax registration No. etc.
along with the offer.
