Sub:     Quotation for Installation of two or more heavy duty  photocopy   machines.

Dear Sir,

                    Trade Promotion Organization, a Govt of India Enterprise invites sealed quotations for installation of heavy duty photocopy machines on hire basis.  Quotation indicating price and description of machines should reach us on or before 09.07.2014                                        

                    The received quotations will be opened on the same day at 3.30 pm in the presence of the intending parties or their authorized representatives.

1.      ITPO will provide space and electric for the machines free of charge.

2.      Maintenance, consumables & paper to be provided by the contractor.

3.      Only reputed brand 75 GSM photocopy paper is to be used.

4.      The above rates shall be valid for two years subject to satisfactory performance. NO increase in rates during the currency of the contract will be allowed under any circumstances.

5.      The Contractor must be registered with Delhi Sales Tax on works Contracts Act-1999 Value Added Tax, Service Tax Authorities as the case may be.  Please attach photocopy of registration along with the quotation.  The successful bidder shall have to produce the above documents in original for verification by the Dy. Manager (Stores.)

6.      The approved agency would submit an interest free Security Deposit of Rs.10,000/- along ith agreement.

7.      Documents showing adequate experience in the field including references from the organizations served should be provided with the offer.

8.      ITPO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer without assigning any reason.

9.      ITPO also reserves the right to terminate the contract before the expiry of the contract period, if the party’s services are not found satisfactory.

10.    The agencies will submit the list of the p-arties to whom they are rendering such type of services , presently.

11.    In the case of non-working of photocopy machine, a penaly of Rupees fifty will be imposed per day per machine.

N.B.  Please send your quotation to Dy. Manager (store) indicating Enquiry No. and opening date on the top of the envelop.
