T        TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1.       This  Tender  is for  AMC  of work  for one year
  2.    The  tenderer shall start the work immediately after receipt of work order.
  3.        The work is to be carried out as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
  4.        The rates are inclusive of cartage etc. and Service Tax may be quoted extra.
  5.    The tenderer shall attach the copy of PAN No., service tax registration No.& TIN No./WCT No.  along with offer.

1.      security will be deducted @10% from each bill.

2.      7.The payment shall be made as per actual work done as measured at site.
