NOTICE INVITING BIDS

            Sealed bids are invited on behalf of CMD, India Trade Promotion Organization from the interested parties for disposal of dismantled materials and unserviceable goods of the following description on “AS IS WHERE IS” BASIS’ lying at our Ware House Store at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The last date of receiving the bids is 22^nd;, May, 2014, at 2.30pm. The bids must be deposited in tender box kept in the room of Dy. Manager (Stores) address given below. The bids will be opened on the same day at 3.00pm. in the presence of the interested bidders. The tender documents will be sold up-to 5.00pm on 21^st’ May, 2014. The bidders may inspect the items at Ware House Store, near Gate No. l, Pragti-Maidan, on any working day between 11AM to 5PM, till 21^st’ May-2014.   

Note: 5% DVAT on the sale/auction goods amount will have to be paid by the purchaser.      

            Bids have to be submitted on prescribed tender forms. The terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the under signed Dy. Manager (Stores), on cash payment of Rs.525/-(non refundable).

            Bidder may also download the Tender Forms from website www.indiatradefair. Com, and cost of the tender forms should be paid at the time of submission of bids in form of DD for Rs.525/-, including DAVT 5%, (non refundable) in favour of India Trade Promotion Organization, payable at Delhi, or cash in ITPO’s cash counter.
